I scheduled an appointment with a particular nail technician but she wasn't available to do my pedicure so another young lady did them. My pedicure was relaxing. The chair massage is a must. Let's start with I highly recommend this business. Everyone was friendly and welcoming throughout our experience. It was my daughter's first legitimate manicure. We needed to find a place quickly before heading out of town for a very special and important event. They happily fit us in and we were so pleasantly surprised by the quality, professionalism and ligit artistry. Vy never needed to make a correction or go back and retouch anything, she was on point from start to finish. The salon was very clean and I was paying attention to where the tools and supplies were being gathered from. It smelled nice and NOT like many places that are overwhelmed by an acetone odor. Not like most salons out there this one is nicely decorated is so cute and welcoming you don't even realize how small it is. We had to call in for appointments, which wasn't too bad, we were able to get serviced the same day for it being so last minute. The shop is clean and very aesthetically pleasing. As mentioned, the staff was amazing, my nails got a little messed up upon leaving (I need to stick with gel lol), but they were very understanding and fixed it up right away. The place is clean and sanitary, the workers are nice and friendly and their pricing is fair. The young lady who worked on my mom was super helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help my mom find the perfect color (I think her name is Jennifer?) The woman who helped me was gentle and precise. I wish I could remember her name so I could request appointments with her. My nails are perfect and ready for the wedding now! If you can, pay in cash. The upside to this place is their online booking. Quality is sub par. They often triple and quadruple appointments so the wait time is long. Gel started to chip after 2 days. I wouldn't recommend them for regular service but they'll suffice for a last minute appt. read more

The most DETAILED pedicure EVER. When I came in, everyone was so friendly. Right away they ask you to wash your hands before taking a seat. I got the "Signature Pedicure " and have ZERO regrets. The pedicure I had gotten went above and beyond what I had been accustomed to at my regular salon. They have legs masks and put real lemons and rose petals in the water. Wonderful experience! Walking in, I was immediately greeted, asked to wash my hands (which I appreciate), and then seated, with the massage chair turned on for me! Talk about serrvice! Anne did my pedicure, Tina did my manicure, and both ladies were so friendly and gentile. The prices, with descriptions of the service, are given right away, so you know what you're getting! I highly recommend that you find a different nail salon to get your nails done. This salon has extremely poor customer service skills that I have ever experienced. starting from the phone service, greeting the customer, while getting my nails done to the payment process. The experience was just down right horrible. they are not welcoming at all instead they make you feel uncomfortable by laughing staring at you hovering over looking at your nails while getting them done one by one a worker coming and looking laughing like I said a horrible experience especially for someone who has high anxiety. laughing as they passed my phone around to look at the picture that I had brought in as an example. Just unprofessional, if you want a specific design done on your acrylic nails. they are unable to replicate it. even if they try they can't even come close to it. and the amount of glue that was left on my fingers i just can't explain it. I just wanted out of this whole experience it was a nightmare. I will never go back. I should have listened to my cousin and aunt but I needed to get my nails done short notice I do give them that. they did see me as a walk in, but I can see why they had availability. i'm traumatized I don't want to get my nails done ever again after this experience. i've never experienced this with the other nail shop. This was my third time getting my nails done The owner needs to address their employees about being more professional and having better customer service skills. I even called to speak to management which was not available and didn't even try to reach out. they do not care about their customers. read more

I called and scheduled an appointment for a gel pedicure and a full set. The process for making an appointment was quick and easy. When I arrived, I was greeted very nicely and directed to the station for my pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was great! Super warm and friendly, and detailed. The lady who did my full set (Tina), on the other hand, was the opposite. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she didn't say anything; she just nodded her head. When she was about to apply the polish, I had to ask her to clean up all the powder that was underneath the nails. She let out an annoyed sound before she cleaned up her work.
