I had the worst experience today i do not recommend this place to anyone considering how they were very unwelcoming and rude and rushing me. I was told my nails were "too short" for a french tip which they're a decent length and have been done before. I was told multiple times to "pick a color" when I was still making a decision. I was cut on my hands and feet. I requested Tina and booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance I showed up on time to my appointment and waited 30 minutes. Just for me to be told Tina is busy so you get whoever was available which was a very rude woman. I was initially quoted 45 for a gel pedicure and then i go to pay and get charged 65 for a basic gel pedicure with no designs.... read more

This was both my first visit to Nailvana, as well as getting a full set of nails. My experience was what I needed, the service and care was amazing; my wheelchair was handled with ease, and I was able to navigate the space without feeling like a burden. Though I've never had nails, my mother was a nail tech, so I did have some expectations of quality and service. Michael Nguyen, and all the staff were professional and competent. My niece had a pedicure leaving her feeling pampered with her cute pink toenails. I'm looking forward to getting my first fill! read more

Staff was friendly, space is comfortable and clean. Very relaxing atmosphere! Love the selection of colors. It took me forever to choose! I got a gel mani & pedi by Kim, who was very sweet and didn't push me to get extra services or rush the process at all. I will definitely come back when I need a refresh and some relaxation, and I highly recommend! The price was excellent for the services I received. The Nirvana pedicure which is $55 includes so many perks that would cost much more elsewhere. I paid $95 total (gel on fingers and toes). CASH IS PREFERRED! But they do accept cards. read more

I love this place! The first time I came with my daughter and a friend and we were the only customers on a Sunday afternoon. The second time I brought my mom on Sunday morning and they already had a short wait. I highly recommend getting the pedicures here, it is very relaxing and pampering and they never rush us. I came here after so many bad experiences with another local shop in the area where they didn't respect my time and did not provide quality work. This shop completely turned my experiences around from the start. Super clean, always on time, lots of color varieties and Michael is an amazing nail tech! He is careful, detailed and takes his time. I left crying out of this place because of the negligence and impoliteness that Michael showed. They got upset because I was a walk in (I offered to wait until they were free). 1. He rushed me to sit down, 2. I asked for manicure and dip powder and he went on and did full on acrylic and totally skipped the manicure 3. I asked for a specific French tip and he got upset that I was asking for "less color" 4. During the whole time he did my nails he kept using a super hot and rough drill on my nails. My nails are STILL sore, you can see the drill markings on my nails and also bubbles. The gel started lifting off already. If you go here be careful and speak up. That drill was not changed not once! He was so rough and it was on high speed it burned but I was already uncomfortable enough so I was afraid to say anything. read more

Review Title: Extremely Disappointed & Hurt - Unprofessional Experience I was really looking forward to trying this place out and even drove 30 minutes to get there, but I left extremely upset and in pain. When I arrived, I asked for a gel manicure, which I had clearly stated over the phone beforehand. Instead of confirming my service, they immediately began doing a new set of acrylics without asking me--which felt very misleading, as if they just wanted to charge more. I was passed between three different technicians during my visit. The second was Michael, who I believe is the owner. He was extremely unprofessional and visibly frustrated. Before even starting on my nails, he was distracted and texting -- it seemed like he was dealing with another upset customer. When I told him I didn't want acrylics, he said "OK" -- but then proceeded to aggressively rip off my old set, causing me significant pain. I politely asked if he could soak them off with acetone (like every other salon I've been to does), but he refused and claimed that method was only used for dip powder. His tone was hostile, he sighed loudly, and was clearly annoyed -- making the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Eventually, I had to ask to stop the service and leave. I was then passed to a third technician, who was thankfully kind and removed the acrylics the proper way -- by soaking them gently in acetone. Additionally, I didn't see them sanitize their equipment, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Michael's behavior was completely unacceptable, and no customer should be treated this way -- especially when they're trying to communicate respectfully. If he didn't want to do the service, he could have simply said so instead of hurting me and acting so angry. I will never return and do not recommend this salon to anyone. I cried so much because of the disrespect I've received from Michael. Please see all the different reviews, he has caused a lot of people to cry due to his attitude. I left respectfully & paid $15 towards the cleaning of my nails & Also tipped $10 even though i was treated so unfair. read more

I've been coming here for quite awhile, but I was trying to hold off on a negative review but this last visit put me over the edge. All the ladies do a good job, however, every time the older man does a pedicure it is disappointing. My nails are shaped unevenly on the nail and then not consistent among all the nails. So some are crooked oval and some are straight on the same foot. Polish is bumpy. The salt scrub massage would be great, except he jammed his fingers through my toes... do you know what it feels like for the delicate area between your toes to pretty much be sanded with a course grit sander?? I went in today to get my nails done for prom. Tina helped me and she did a wonderful job, she took her time to make sure the shaping and french tip was clean and as smooth as can be. I appreciate the amount of time and detail she put to doing my nails, she stayed an hour past closing to make sure they were completed tonight, doing an amazing job. Another employee did the acrylic flowers on my pointer and ring finger, she did a wonderful job making them as close as could be to the inspiration picture given. read more

Patiently watched this salon open this past month. I am a first-timer here. Needed a pedicure badly so I called on a Thursday around 2 pm for a same-day mani & pedi. The lady who answered asked me what time I could come in and I asked for something in 10 minutes. She fit me in right away. I came down and Nancy did my pedi and "So"? did my mani. Both did a really good job. I was especially impressed by the time, care and attention to details they both put in, but I must say Nancy really gave me the best pedicure I've had in a very, very long time. It may be the best thus far! Nancy's polish skills are top tier. She really took her time with the cuticles, nail bed clean up & shaping and massaging ... you can tell she takes pride in her work because she did not miss a thing. She will definitely be my new pedicurist moving forward. And they're close to home? It's a win-win for me! Not once did I feel they were rushing me in and out. The salon is clean, bright and spacious. Also, I can't forget Michael, who cheerfully greeted me and also offered me an adult beverage upon arrival. What a nice gesture! Love how he does my nails. The last time I went, I had a pedicure by Rose and she was very attentive. He's been the only one to touch my eyebrows but I think Nancy is giving him a run for his money today as I wanted to support the grand opening & get my eyebrows down...
