This was my first time visiting Fancy Nail Lounge, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The space itself is absolutely beautiful clean, comfortable, and such a lovely environment to relax and treat yourself. Michael, who did my pedicure, was one of the most gentle and kind nail technicians I've ever had. He was not rough at all (which I truly appreciate) and provided amazing service with so much care and attention. It made the experience incredibly relaxing. The ladies working there were also very polite and helpful, making sure everything was comfortable throughout my visit. A sweet extra touch was that they offered snacks while getting services on the house which was such a thoughtful gesture. Where do I start... When I first walked in the salon looked really nice and boujee. They sat me down quickly and showed me their menu. I chose the aroma pedicure which was $75 with gel. The man who did my pedicure was polite, but the massage was the issue. He kept rubbing my shins even after I told him multiple times please no shins, only feet because my shins are sensitive. He just smiled and kept doing it, and when he finally stopped there was only like 2 minutes left of the massage. Then for my nails, I originally asked for a dip set with extensions. The extensions would not stick at all. The lady tried for over 20 minutes and they kept popping off. I told her to just do gel instead, and that's when the owner came and said they would "try a different glue." At this point I just wanted to keep it simple. She also kept trying to upsell everything, even something as small as cleaning cuticles for $8 more. I said no, but she kept insisting because she didn't understand. It was really hard to communicate because no one seemed to speak English well enough to understand what I was asking. I asked for almond shape and ended up with oval. Also she was very rude towards the end would grab my hands aggressively It sucks because the place looks really pretty but the communication was just not there, and I didn't get what I wanted. I went on a Saturday and I went to get acrylics the lady that did my nails did not do them any good, she cut me and rushed it. My nails looked super uneven and not even the shape that I asked for. I asked for almond shape and they were super pointy. I don't know her name nor did she have a name tag on. Other than that everyone else seemed really nice. Also they charge a $2 fee to use card which is so weird since everyone uses Apple Pay to pay these days. They should not be charging a fee whatsoever. read more

I went there couple days ago & was not happy with my nails at all so I left a one star review! The manager Annie called me 3 times & left me a VM to call her back. When I did she was very apologetic about my experience & wanted me to come back to fix my nails at no charge! I just went back today & she was super nice & welcoming! She had one of her best staff Hannah to fix my nails with anything I wanted. Hannah did a great job! Annie kept checking on me to make sure I was happy. At the end I was very satisfied & happy with my nails! That's what I call an outstanding customer service! She even gave me a $20 gift card for next time. Thank you Annie! My only complaint is that I went to get waxed with them many times and all the time they burned me. I appreciate the service, ambiance and cleanliness at Fancy nails! Any time I call, Annie or her receptionists always find a time for me to come in. I have never waited, but a great day to come is a Tuesday morning as it's less busy then. Lili, Cindy or Tracy have done a wonderful job for me. They listen, and know exactly what I want with my gel pedi and if I am unsure of something while they're doing the service, they explain and are very flexible about any request. They offer snacks and water and have an array of aromatic, relaxing services to choose from. I'm usually on the go so they get me out before I need to leave. Also they have 10% off on tues and thurs! I'm only giving it a two star because of the ambiance and the offerings they give. Other than that I came with a group of 5 and it was honestly a very bad experience. We had guests coming from out of the country and we wanted them to experience a "fancy" nail salon, but we couldn't deliver. We were four people served while the other person was waiting for over an hour. We were then recorded and posted on their Facebook account without our consent and after confronting them, they had taken it down (we are Muslims so we aren't supposed to be showing our skin out in the open but also an invasion of privacy). The girl that had did my nails was doing such a great job at the beginning she was taking her time and I was like telling my family how great in detail she was in the massage and scrub. Until it came to her painting, my nails. It was the WORST. I kid you not, my five-year-old niece would've done a better job. The nail polish was all out of my nail. She didn't even attempt to clean up the edges me being the person I am I couldn't confront and just said thank you. But I'm just like do you not see it or ask how is it? read more

I waited two weeks to write this review to see how my nails grew out... but I had my suspicions. First the good: the lady who did my nails was so sweet and kind. They also had a cart full of snacks which my son took full advantage of. I was able to snag an appointment last minute to fix my nails after I completely cracked my nail tip off building something. It is spacious and well-laid out inside. Now, the not-so-good: my nails! I appreciate the last minute appointment, but I could tell as I walked out that the dip manicure was nowhere near as good as the spot I normally go to. It was laid on thick, and the bottom where it lined up with my cuticles was not done well. I wanted to wait a little to see how it grew out, and by the time it started growing out they looked like press on nails. Love this nail salon! New and so spacious and big inside. Prompt service during the week even without an appointment. I was lucky enough to go during the week and got my hands and feet done simultaneously. The music is soothing nature sounds with birds and other wildlife on the tv. Everything's nice and clean and bright. They even had a raffle going on and if they called your ticket you'd win some cash! Got acrylic nails with an oval shape for a wedding. I really wanted to like this place simply because of the name and decor. I was greeted in a friendly manner and offered refreshments which I thought was great! But the manicurist I was assigned was some dude who didn't even speak English. I asked for a French manicure. The guy put some ugly reddish clear coat on me. Then he proceeded to punt half of my finger white and try to use acetone to remove the unwanted portion, but it was completely crooked. I told him it's crooked and he called over Annie to translate. I told her I didn't like it. At. All. Annie took me to her station and said she'd take care of me and make sure I was happy. But Annie didn't succeed. My tips are crooked, too thick, not painted all the way to the edge of the nail and overall not awesome. To top it off I was quoted $35 and charged $40. I won't be back. DO NOT COME HERE!! If you are looking to get a full set, I repeat, do NOT come here. My daughter and niece came here a few days ago to get nails done for a bday. They charged my daughter, who is 13 btw, $80 dollars for this horribly done full set. I didn't bring her here nor did I pick her up so I would have absolutely not agreed to their prices. First, they said she used colored powder..... this is a basic ass powder, not colored, nothing special. That's the first set of lies they told. Next they said that this length added $15 dollars to her price. Are you kidding me? These are barely medium in length. The sheer audacity. After that, they said this paint job was an addition $10 and they were horribly painted. The lines aren't clean, it's smudged, disgraceful. The way these nails looked is absolutely ridiculous and they sent her away like this! When I saw them, I called the shop and told them they needed to fix her nails. All they did was repaint some lines. By this point, I was over this shop and the owner and the workers. They lied and tried to placate of horribly done and horrifically overcharged set of nails. I will never have my daughter return. I will never use them. I will vehemently object to anyone I know going here. This place is awful and there is no reason to give them your money. They also took an extremely long time to do a terrible job. My daughter was serviced by the woman at station 7. The customer service was poor, the service was poor and the remedy was poor. I came here for the first time with my sister today and had an amazing experience. This place really stands out to me above all other nail salons because they really try to make sure you feel like you are being relaxed and pampered. You can order drinks while you get your nails done and they even have packages that come with a free glass of wine. They even offer free snacks and beverages, which I have never seen any other nail salon do. I also love how they really focus on the 15 minute leg massage, they even put a timer to ensure you really get the full time. Other nail salons don't really focus on the leg massage part. I just got a gel pedicure with French tips and it was $75. They have so many choices of different kinds of soaps and they really make you feel so comfortable. I would never go back to this place for service again. If the same staff is working there. They had the nerve to charge me $73.00 for a manicure with hard gel. It was a simple task, didn't last a day, my nails broke off and the gel started lifting. They got me for my hard earn money. I am very disappointed in this nail salon. We are never come back ever again. This is how her nails turned out and she asked if they can redo them because the job was so horrible. She did not want to make such a big deal about it but as seen in the photos, the dip job was not done well. They only removed the nails and did not bother to offer to redo them or even give a refund or voucher or ANYTHING.
