Just be ready to wait as sometimes the techs are working on more than one person at a time. It was worth the wait but if you are in a hurry, change your appointment to allow 15-30 more time before you leave. Overall terrible service. Hanah made the incorrect length and even sliced my finger open. She couldn't do square oval shape and I offered to do one to show her so she can match, and she made square shape- then SHE MADE ME FILE ALL MY OWN NAILS. The French white tips are uneven, all over my fingers and cuticles. It's overall a bad vibe inside, I will not be back. Shame on you Hanah for cutting my finger open then getting polish remover in the fresh cut! Hanah may need new glasses because her painting is terrible! read more

Since moving to the area a lil over a year ago I was in search of a nail salon that is close in proximity to my home and quick enough that I can be in & out within my 1-hr lunch break. Truth be told, the salon, while well equipped, didn't exactly scream bells & whistles. My expectations were low and I didn't even put much stock into perfection. To my surprise, Hannah is aggressively quick, sharply skilled and has become my new go to "shop". Yesterday. she asked me why she hadn't seen me in a couple months so I admitted to her recently that I tried out a different salon to get a feel for the area, a decision I deeply regretted as I caught a fungus infection, yuck! I ran back to Hannah after I was sure that nastiness was cleared by medication. Hannah's great because her objective is always to make acrylic nails look as natural as possible while still be sturdy enough to last a few weeks. We usually go to Julie's nails, but homecoming was Saturday and so we decided to try a new place. I made an appt for Friday at 4:30 pm for a full set and pedi. We arrived and they took us immediately which was great but they had no other customers which was surprising for a Friday afternoon. They started with the full set first and the lady was very nice but she was rushing. The pedicure was great, a different lady helped us and she took her time and was detailed. I have been going here for awhile, but won't be back. Lately, every time I go I leave with several cuts. Hannah's apology is a quick "you're hands are so dry!" No, YOU cut it when you glued the nail to my skin and then use a coarse file without separating the nail from my skin! She doesn't use a light and that may be why my nails are so crooked. My middle finger is more narrow that my pinky and my thumbs look like they are on two different people when side by side. She overbooks herself which may be why I got a crappy job just to squeeze a walk in client. I have two stars because at one points she did an ok job. I was referred to her by a friend... it was the fastest pedicure i ever had ... she didn't listen to anything i asked for, she doesn't shape well and when i told her the polish was clumpy on my one side ... she said "I DONT SEE NOTHIN!"... she did indeed fix it... the pedicure was a basic(no gel, lemons, flowers or a scrub) told me the massage would be longer with a $48 dollar pedicure ... she's a sweet heart but seems to be rushing so she can move people in and out like cattle due to COVID! I prolly won't return as my pedicure was mediocre not relaxing at all. I don't need the fluff with stuff... as a licensed cosmetologist I know she cut a lot of corners !
