I needed a same-day appointment, showed him an inspiration photo, and he did an amazing job. The shape was exactly what I wanted, and the airbrushed design came out beautifully. I originally wanted a more detailed design, but Nathan explained that those are best scheduled during a fill appointment so he has enough time to do them right. I really appreciated his honesty instead of feeling rushed. The appointment was reasonably timed, the pricing was fair, and I left very happy with my nails. It was also nice to see Julie still at the shop. Congratulations to Danny on his retirement, and congratulations to Nathan on this new chapter. After a few mins, a super friendly woman seated both of us, set me up with a foot soak and began to take care of my BF. During this time 2 more people came into the salon. I watched one woman get seated immediately for her manicure; the other was seated for a pedicure and told to wait. A tech came out to start the manicure then when the other tech was available she headed over to the 2nd woman who came in after us. I had been sitting for nearly 10 min by this point. My BF's tech noticed what I was witnesses and said something. After that one of them reluctantly came over to take care of me. I've gotten about three gels over the years and this one didn't burn (if you know, you know), they're straight, no lumps and so pretty! She was patient as I took 6 years to pick a color and then was more than willing to do my kinda extra colors.
