Unfortunately they are far and few. With the good ratings and the appeal of the spaciousness of the salon I decided to make the call and see if I could find what I was looking for. Ivy, I believe the owner (or the manager?) immediately said ask for TT when I came in. TT gave me one of the best pedis I've had. She had a small tool which helps get to the edges of the nail where pain happens over time and did a gentle and very thorough job on all my nails. She was easy to talk to and understanding as well. I have found my salon and tech. I'm thrilled!

When I asked why I was being overcharged, I was told the higher price was because I received a deluxe pedicure and a 15-minute massage. I was never asked if I wanted a 15-minute massage, and I didn't realize choosing a scent would be an additional charge, especially since this was my first visit. On their price list there was no option to add a 15 minute massage so how would I have known. The employee had just put the choices of scents out and asked which one I wanted. When I checked in, I only requested a classic pedicure. I really did enjoy the service, but I felt a bit taken advantage of with charges added that I did not request or knowingly approve. I wanted to share this to avoid this happening to others.

I'll redo them at home, I don't want to spend another $56. But man, what a disappointment. I can't reshape them because they're so short.
