This restaurant is inside the Hilton Garden, sure you think, ehhhh hotel food, but no, this place does not disappoint. Whoever does their menu, deserves a two thumbs up! Their pizza is cooked on their oven outside. The crust is not burnt and it was delicious. The burgers are big and they will fill you up while you eat it with their fries. Their tacos are really good too, they are made with handmade tortillas, so that's enough to let you know this is good. We came here for dinner, and later on for happy hour at night. This is actually the second time I've came for happy hour only. Great deal and it's everyday from 2-5 and 9-11 pm. My mom and I decided to split some of it to try each others. So we got the burger with fries and the bbq tri tip tacos. Both really good flavoring. The burger is a really good size and only $10 for happy hour. Definitely would recommend both for lunch or dinner. Will be back. read more

We came here Saturday for dinner. Dinner was great. Drinks also great. I had the 6 oz Fillet while wife had the Salmon. Excellent. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. We had been at Applebee's and they were to busy with to-go orders with over a dozen empty tables. Glad we thought of the Valle Eatery. We were treated as they appreciated us being there instead of the way we were treated for the second week at Applebee's. Valle will be on first choice from now on. read more

5 stars, no complaints! Water is brought to the table upon entrance without having to be asked. Service was good. Menus and specials promptly provided. They have happy hour daily, which I have taken advantage of twice now. The pizza on the happy hour menu, and the tacos are a steal! I went specifically for the pork belly tacos. The price has gone up recently and they are now 2 for $6.00. I had to go through 3 options of beers because they were out of the ones I wanted. My husband read good reviews about their Rib-eye bone in steak, so we went there for his birthday. There was the good and the not so good. Our appetizer to share of Baked Brie was delicious. But when sharing, please provide small plates! So much easier to put some brie on the fruit or toast then eat over a little plate than dripping on the table. He said his French Onion soup was very good. The salads were good. The service was fine. And now the not so good. His steak was a half inch thick, not the thicker steak he was expecting. My salmon was over done and the vegetables looked like they came out of a frozen mix package. So overall, it was the main entrees that disappointed. read more

I had the sausage and jalapeño pizza with goat cheese instead of mozzarella and I am now RUINED for all other pizzas (sorry, Full of Life Flatbread!) The Valle Bloom red blend is delicious--server wasn't sure what the blend was, but big fruit, a little pepper, deep garnet ranging toward purple color. (GSM?) Recommended! Decided to walk over and try the place out..came in at 5 on a Tuesday and the place was pretty much dead. Kevin was our bartender and he was super friendly and helpful! I had a couple mojitos that were pretty good but a little too pricey for their size..we also ordered pork belly tacos and the pepperoni and olive pizza..the tacos, in my opinion, were meh but my husband seemed to like them..the pizza on the other hand was SO FREAKING GOOD! I'm not a crust eater but believe me when I say everything about this pizza was perfect! This is a great new restaurant that Chef Conrad just opened in the new Hilton Garden Inn. Physical space is nice and casual with an incredible pizza oven pumping out great flatbreads. Full bar has lots of great craft cocktails and a great selection of local beer and wine. Everything I had was great, Chef Conrad is known to make all his dishes pop. Met a friend for happy hour at Valle fresh at Hilton garden inn in Lompoc. It's a hotel lobby with comfortable seating and a good , maybe even a great happy hour menu . We were also offered a full menu but we shared so we could try more items! First off, beer battered Brussels , a yummy starter! Next we tried the happy hour offering of the pork belly tacos , great deal at $5 for 2. Deep fried in homemade soft corn tortillas , crispy cabbage slaw and some pico de Gallo , very very tasty and will be my reason to go back with my husband! Last item, cheese fries. Fresh cut purists fried to perfection with a cheese sauce and aoli and more pico on top. Simple but delicious . It was happy hour so we tried casa dumetz' rose cider, crisp sweet slightly addictive. And I opted for a margarita on the rocks , could have used a smidge more tequila . I look forward to my next happy hour outing !! read more

I have had pizza, steak, and the duck confit quesadillas on Sunday evening. Everything was amazing. Chef Conrad even had some time to come and check in on the food. The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare, it melted in my mouth, it was a beautiful warm pink in the center with a beautiful sear. The margherita pizza had a beautiful brick oven pizza crust, chewy and crusty at the same time. The quesadilla was a perfect balance of a sweet and savory duck. All in all Valle Eatery and Bar exactly what Lompoc was missing -- this is the best dinner I've had in Lompoc, ever. Also, I recommend coming to Valle Fresh before they sell out to the hotel guests who I'm sure will be lucky enough to have this conveniently located in the lobby. read more

I've eaten here several times and always enjoyed the food; their brick oven pizzas are really good (easily the best in Lompoc), and their burgers and fries are also top-notch as well. But I felt compelled to write this review just now because of their habanero chicken wings which are absolutely FACE-MELTINGLY GOOD. I have an extremely high tolerance for spicy foods, and so whenever I order something spicy I usually expect it not to impress me with its heat, but these wings are no joke. I ate the first one and thought it was very tasty and had a nice kick to it, but MAN ALIVE by the time I'd eaten two, and then started in on the third, my mouth was aflame in the best way possible; likewise, because of how messy wings are, the outside of my cheeks were as well. ANYWAY, really hard to go wrong here (I haven't yet!), but if you're in the market for ATOMIC-LEVEL HEAT, look no further. (I have it on good authority they also have wings that are NOT spicy that are also delicious, but of those I did not partake, leaving it to fellow diners with palates of a more delicate sensibility not as valiant as I to consume such confections.) read more

I ordered the tri tip sandwich and the bread was stale and the meat was way over cooked and didn't taste seasoned. The texture was more of a beef jerky sandwich than anything else. Lacked flavor and was slathered with a bunch of mayo, which soaked into the bun and made it less than inviting. Waste of calories. I ended up picking it apart. The clam chowder was like a glob and tasted like starch. It also had no flavor, someone added too much flour to thicken it, and the takeout cup was only filled 3/4ths of the way. I was meeting friends from out of town to Valle Eatery for dinner. Service and all the meals were very good! Their French fries alone were great. I felt happy that my town of Lompoc was so well represented! Now that I've eaten there, I'll be back...expecting a great meal. This isn't a down comment, and I haven't eaten their wood fired pizzas, but I kinda wish there was less pizza on the menu and more other menu choices. Such great service! My family and I went in for a quick sit down dinner, and had a great experience. We were promptly greeted with waters and menus, and weren't rushed to order. We got an order of ceviche and chips while waiting for our entrees, and it was delicious! Manager, Alex, paid great attention to us and brought out our pizzas while making sure we had everything we needed. Both pizzas we ordered were perfect, and we were extremely happy with our visit! Everyone raves about the pork belly tacos, they are just ok. We had the tri-tip tacos as well and I was surprised at the lack of flavor the meat had on its own. I also found not one, but 2 hairs in the food. I'm surprised this place is touted as the best in town bc besides the beer, it's mediocre. read more

Traveling for business, I was just looking for a place with good ambiance to have a nice cocktail. Advertised on a large banner outside is a 9-11 pm happy hour. I told them I was just there for a drink, and When I ordered just a drink, the server informed me that I was also required to order food (wish they would have told me that before I had waited to be seated). I reluctantly ordered a $6 garden salad to go with my $13 raspberry mojito. Also, there was no happy hour as advertised. The mojito had a centimeter of sugar collected at the bottom, so it tasted more like kool-aide than anything. They also brought me the wrong dressing for my garden salad. The ambiance was lacking, with fluorescent lights and seating in the middle of the hotel lobby. All in all, I spent over $20 for a meh cocktail and a garden salad I didn't eat because I had already eaten dinner. read more

The first drink I had, the Purple Rain, was fruity and light as expected, but the bourbon drink Beast of Bourbon was not stirred to proper dilution and was hard to drink even after sitting half an hour. Although this restaurant is fairly new in town I'd like to say it's one of my favorites. The tamarind wings are delicious, the pizza is wood fired, and veggie tacos are amazing! They always have available seating and it's a large well lit area. The manager is very kind as are the bartenders. Our favorite drink is "the lady in white" although I believe they change their signature drink menu often.... great place for family and friends or even just to "grab a drink." read more
