Savory Eats and Sweets is a hidden gem within Lompoc! Very modern LA vibes. The environment is great with nice staff. And the food absolutely slaps. This place opened up not too long ago. I just heard about it recently and decided to try it out. The main dining area is pretty cool with all the art. Ambiance is open and chill. The owner and workers are really nice. The menu isn't big but the food looks really good. I'm currently doing carnivore so I'm not eating carbs, sugar, or plants and they were more than accommodating. I was able to get just the tri tip and pork belly meat and I also ordered a bowl of chili. The chili was really tasty and had beans but was mostly meat. It has a little kick to it which was nice but may be too much for little ones. The tri tip was cooked really well and tasty and the pork belly was perfect not over cooked or undercooked and it had a nice marinade to it. For the location I was very impressed with with the entire restaurant and ambiance. The back patio is also really nice to eat your meal and if you have smaller kids they have a play set up in the back along with a nice seating area to relax. I highly recommend trying this place out of you're in the area of your in the mood for something familiar with a twist. read more

So I finally got to try food from this business! My son's school fall festival was last night, and so I ran to the truck to grab some dinner. Ordered a tritip sandwich with macaroni and cheese. It was delicious!!! My son dropped his cup of Mac on the ground, and the owner graciously gave my son another one. He said it was delicious which I can absolutely agree with!! They sold out of everything pretty quickly, and although food times were lengthy, they kicked butt in that kitchen and gave me a complimentary double chocolate chip cookie which was INCREDIBLE!!!! Absolutely.The best food i've eaten in lompoc in a long time. I had a philly cheese steak sandwich, and it was amazing! I also tried the macaroni and cheese, and it is just like homemade. I'm sure it is homemade. Then I got to the dessert and I had some sort of blueberry puff pastry.I'm not sure what it was, but it was dang delicious. So happy to see a place like this open locally. The food was delicious, hearty portions. The service was great, they were very very busy and our food still came in a timelt manner. We came for restaurant week and were not disappointed. We tried the Asian noodle salad with lemongrass chicken, the central coast Philly with fries and the strawberry pudding cup. I love everything about this restaurant! The food is amazing and I have brought my sons and my dad to eat here. We have been here many times and have tried so many menu items. We have loved them all, but we are especially fond of the pizzas, the mac and cheese, and the tri-tip sandwiches. We love the fries, too. They are soooo good, we always get an extra order to go. I highly recommend that you try this restaurant out if you like high-quality food at great prices. Follow them on social media to see their hours and specials and where they will be for pop-up food truck events, too! The service here is always so friendly. I went one day for lunch and the line was out the door, but the counter staff moved quickly and got everyone's orders and food much faster than I expected. To address a review that I just noticed about microwaved frozen meals, that is obviously untrue. If you stand at the counter, you can see the employees making the food by hand. I always love watching them roll out the pizza crust, sauce it up, top it, and put it into the oven. Fun to watch, even more fun to eat! read more

THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!!! They must be friends with the owners/employees or were paid to write them. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. My friends and I decided last night that this was BY FAR the WORST restaurant food we've ever eaten. And we all eat out a lot. The quality of our food made it so obvious that it's store bought frozen meals. Just imagine what frozen TV dinners are like after you've microwaved them and that is literally what they serve here. There is no way in HELL that someone actually cooked this. We should've taken photos so you could see but TRUST me. Do not come here unless you want to pay $14+ to eat a *truly* DEPRESSING meal. There's a reason this place is always empty. The cheesesteak did not have cheese, was DRY except for a squirt of mayo, had way larger pieces of meat than it should have, and was cold. It was NOT a cheesesteak. The chicken bacon ranch mac n cheese had small pieces of obviously microwaved chicken tenders, a squirt of ranch, and was gooey in a way that it shouldn't have been. Same thing for the BBQ mac n cheese. The fish sando was dry, bland, and had an odd texture and the side salad looked nothing like the ones in the review photos. We all agreed that it was likely frozen TV dinners and were so disappointed and filled with regret for wasting our time and money. I felt SO guilty and embarrassed suggesting that we get food here. The only thing "life changing" about this place is that you'll start reconsidering eating out in fear that you'll be stuck eating like this again. Honestly a SCAM. You will feel ROBBED. read more

All around a 5 star experience! Last week when my grandmother passed away we were left wondering what to do about catering for a small event, I reached out to Vilay and she quickly responded. For the minute I talked with her I knew I wouldn't have to worry! They also cleared our plates even though I'm sure were were supposed to do that on our own. We needed a gluten-free option, which they had available. Very impressed with the fish sandwich. We also ordered the CCC and Chicken Parm sandwiches, they were absolutely worth ordering. The food was fresh, not greasy, and the bread was light and not heavy. Great service. First time coming and I asked for suggestions, the person at the register was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food had great flavor and portioned well. My son had the CCC sandwich no complaints full of flavor served with crispy seasoned fries. I ordered the noodle salad with pork belly so good and fresh. We topped it off with the Cheesecake Pudding, very light and airy not too sweet. Next time I need to bring some strawberries to pair with it but very good on its own.
