What was left of our Margherita pizza.

Good food, fresh ingredients and great customer service. Modern and clean restaurant inside the Hilton, a hidden gem. Definitely will be back next time we are in town.

Valley Eatery & Bar is one of our family's favorite spots to eat and perfect for date night too!! The staff is always helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is inviting. The cocktails are out of this world and the food is incredible too!

This little restaurant in the hotel doesn't look like much at first glance, but it's amazing! We been here a handful of times and are never disappointed. Prices are a little high but it's worth a splurge.

We heard this is the place to go for a great steak dinner in Lompoc and that the pork belly tacos are amazing. Wrong. Drinks are about the only thing good at this place. The Brussels were lacking flavor, even with the sauce. We asked for salt and pepper but didn't get it until we asked again and had finished Brussels because we were super hungry. The pork belly tacos also lacked flavor and were very dry. The pork was way over cooked. I asked for extra goat cheese, salsa and limes to add flavor but that didn't help. The goat cheese was the most flavorful thing of the night. The bone in rib-eye was also a huge disappointment. Service was friendly but slow. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a hotel lobby but I expect a lot more from Hilton having stayed at many of their hotels. Overall, don't go unless you want drinks - many better food places in Lompoc.

I recently visited Valle Eatery & Bar, and had an amazing experience! The pizza was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. This is not your average "hotel food" by any means. There is a full blown Restaurant and Bar inside of the Hilton!! I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed!!

I went for my birthday and the food and service are always great! Great atmosphere and menu. The menu changes seasonally, so that's always fun. They sang happy birthday and brought some ice cream with a candle.

Make your own bruschetta!

Considering the prices, the food is ok at best. The hostess was rude but helpful. We ordered the bruschetta, which was lacking the vegetables and cheese, the spinach and artichoke deep which was so liquid, the trip tip taco which was ok and the rib eye steak, which was a disaster because of the meat quality. The steak preparation and the sides was good but it had a lot of fat inside of every part of it.

One star for the churros. Nice, spacious indoor eating area inside The Hilton hotel. My partner and I were starving and couldn't find a place open so decided to rush down to this place for a bite to eat. Service was ok, nothing great. We ordered the pork belly tacos. They were absolutely horrible. Bland pork belly that had a rank, funky flavor that was much too gamey. Bland corn tortillas, and some weird smear of funky goat cheese on the tortilla. We could not finish the meal. The churros, on the other hand, were amazing! Crispy on the outside, soft, pillowy, and light on the inside with just enough cinnamon and sugar coating. Despite this, this is not a place I would return to or recommend.

The restaurant is inside the Hilton Garden Inn. The most recommended restaurant in Lompoc, according to Yelp. I tried their pork belly tacos and Caesar salad. Surprisingly I fell in love with their Caesar salad! The restaurant is clean and has plenty of parking spaces.

Had somewhat high expectations going in and all of them were exceeded. Would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant and bar.

Great new restaurant for Lompoc. Pork belly tacos are delicious, pizzas are phenomenal, great rotating beer taps and wine selection.

Brian and Kimberly made us feel like royalty with six full tastings and a beautiful charcuterie tray. Everything paired well beautifully - the Chardonnay and Pinot Grigos were excellent. We bought six full bottles to take on our getaway to Cambria. The location in Lompoc is amazing with a huge warehouse, full kitchen, and comfortable tasting room. It is in an industrial park, but it is in a non-crowded area with lots of parking which is a huge plus. Yes, it is an hour out of the way from the 101, but it is a beautiful drive both ways and so worth the stop! Full disclosure - Brian and I attended junior and senior high together. But, honestly, he makes fabulous wine and has a state-of-the-art facility. Brian and Kimberly provide top-notch customer service and hospitality. I would recommend all of my friends stop for a fantastic wine-tasting experience. They have spoiled us for any other wine tasting!

Then, I mean, oh its flavors, they're just the most haunting and brilliant and thrilling and subtle and... ancient on the planet." --Miles, "Sideways" First, I must admit I don't really like Sideways. Miles is a boring drip and he doesn't really know as much as he thinks he does about wine. But I do love Pinot, and Loring makes two of my favorites from the Clos Pepe vineyard and from Garys'. Luckily, on a recent visit to their new location in Buellton, they had both the 2016 versions of these wines in half bottles, full bottle for Clos Pepe. Ive been an acquaintance of Brian's for 20+ years as he first sold his wines to a wine group I was part of back in the late 90's, early 2000's. Now I see him occasionally at a charity event I've gone to previously. I admire how he pursued his dream and became a Santa Barbara rock star. They do more than just Pinot, and this visit is also more than just about wine with lovely locally baked shortbread cookies to pair. You wouldn't think it, but it's a great choice. The new location is next to Industrial Eats restaurant and makes for a great combo visit of wine and food and cookies. I prefer the two pinots above, you might find other pinots, or the blends or the whites more to your liking. All at fabulous price points too. Highly recommended :-)

The owner and workers are really nice. The menu isn't big but the food looks really good. I'm currently doing carnivore so I'm not eating carbs, sugar, or plants and they were more than accommodating. I was able to get just the tri tip and pork belly meat and I also ordered a bowl of chili. The chili was really tasty and had beans but was mostly meat. It has a little kick to it which was nice but may be too much for little ones. The tri tip was cooked really well and tasty and the pork belly was perfect not over cooked or undercooked and it had a nice marinade to it. For the location I was very impressed with with the entire restaurant and ambiance. The back patio is also really nice to eat your meal and if you have smaller kids they have a play set up in the back along with a nice seating area to relax. I highly recommend trying this place out of you're in the area of your in the mood for something familiar with a twist.

We drove over from Solvang on state highway 246, which was nice because we got to avoid the rush hour traffic and construction on 101. The round trip is not bad. The service was excellent. Iliana our server was very nice and attentive. We got the chicken and meatball soup and the pan seared salmon. The soup was just ok, not bad, but not super exciting. The salmon was excellent. It is normally served with hollandaise sauce, spinach, and mushroom over mashed potatoes. We subbed the potatoes for more veggies. The veggies were well seasoned, salmon coked well, and sauce was a nice compliment. Their Diet Coke cups were huge. They only have one toilet and someone was in there a super long time when we wanted to leave, so plan wisely if you need to go. We had to hold it all the way home. The lot has adequate parking. The bar is only beer and wine. The restaurant is not super visible coming from the east, so listen to your map app when to turn. We had a good experience and would come back when in the area again. Recommend you give them a try.
