I dropped off my husband's pants to be let out 1 inch in the waist, and 1/2" out in the hem. I said that my husband needs these for a funeral the next morning at 11:00 a.m. She stated that they would be ready by 6:00 p.m. that evening, and if we could not pick them up then, she opened at 10:00 a.m. the next day.

These were to be ready yesterday, and you knew these were for a funeral at 11:00, and they were completed at 11:00, so my husband will be 45 minutes late to a funeral! She reluctantly agreed, and I left the store. Nightmare over? No. When my husband tried them on, we found out that she did nothing to the waist. Not one millimeter was increased. He had to wear pants a full inch too small, to an all day funeral event, and there was nothing we could do about it. All I can do now is warn others of her "services." read more
