Absolutely wonderful Vietnamese food in Conroe. I was giving up hope on finding good food in the area until I stopped here. We got a variety of items to share, such as the banh mi, the vermicelli noodles, and crab rangoon. All were exceptional, but my favorite was the vermicelli noodles; the rolls that came with them were incredible. The vietnamese iced coffee was also exceptional. No complaints at all, strongly recommended!

We tried V Bistro in Conroe for my niece's birthday since she wanted Asian food, and it was our first visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is nicely decorated with Asian décor[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and the staff was friendly, though service was slow--likely one waiter handling several tables, including our large party. The food was good overall, though my "spicy beef soup" wasn't very spicy, just flavorful. Everyone enjoyed their entrées. Biggest miss was my son's flavored drink--definitely not boba, with strange chocolate gels. I'd rate it 3-4 stars for food, 3 for service.

I recently ate here and would say the experience was average overall. It's not a bad spot, but there's definitely room for improvement on both the food and service fronts.

Two years in Conroe, and we have been on a quest to find "decent" Vietnamese food. Well V Bistro hit the jackpot! We tried it based on other Yelp reviews, and they weren't lying. Pho, vermicelli, fried rice, bahn mi...lots of vegetarian options, as well as a plethora of drinks, tea, boba, etc. Mrs. started with the egg rolls, and I had the spring rolls with tofu. Both were good, and we were eager to try our main courses. She had the Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli, and I had the Vegetables and Tofu Fried Rice. Good sized portions, fresh and full of flavor! In a strip center (near HEB), but deceptively larger inside. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice decor, great waitress (Isabella).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Oh, yeah...we will be back! Once we bring our daughter, she may never leave!

Food: Service: Ambiance: Our waitress and the rest of the staff were AMAZING! So sweet and inviting. My husband and I were touring homes in the area and stopped by and am so glad we did. This is top tier Vietnamese cuisine! I'm used to great pho and banh mi's in Houston/Dallas area but this has most of them beat! The first banh mi was less crunchy than I would've liked but the second was great! So flaky and crispy. And the pork inside and mayonnaise is to die for. So flavorful. The pho is also such good quality too! Broth was very hearty and flavorful and the brisket was very tender too. The clean, modern and beautiful interior is just the icing on the cake. Everything smells good and the bathrooms are clean. Food came out hot and fresh but tip: bring a jacket if you're prone to being cold bc they keep it chilly inside! For 2 people- 2 banh mi's, brisket pho with extra noodles, and a coke, we spent a little over $40. We felt so welcome and had the best time! Will definitely return! 5/5

The food was fantastic! Everything had such great flavors. So grateful to find a good Vietnamese Restaurant close to home. We had a sweet waitress that checked on us to make sure everything was good on more than one occasion That's a bonus. She inadvertently forgot our chicken wraps but after she was reminded they came out quickly so I didn't dock for that. I will be back to try other dishes.

My food was ready shortly after I placed it online, the lady at the counter was super friendly when I came in. I got a chicken banh mi sandwich and crab rangoons with a Vietnamese coffee au lait. These are probably my favorite crab rangoons I have ever had, they were so creamy and full of flavor. The outside was perfectly crispy and golden. My chicken banh mi was good and it tasted really good, but the bread was a bit too dry for my liking and it could have used a bit more sauce. The bread was just a bit too hard and chewy. My Vietnamese coffee was very tasty! I would love to come back and try their other dishes and drinks, as they look amazing

Great little Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered the Banh mi. The reason for the four stars is that almost every piece of pork was so fatty that they came out in large than my bite chunks. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle - exactly how you'd want it. My work colleague got a strip and pork plate which was delicious she said. The staff were attentive with water and checking in on us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is clean and bright.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The parking outside is ample although it Footes share it with other retails stores and SL restaurants. Would recommend and would be back. I just wouldn't order the pork in the bun me as it ruined the eating experience due to the fatty pieces that were utilized. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Wow! So glad they are in Conroe. Great decor, impeccably clean, and service is so attentive. Now the food....amazing!!! We had vermicelli noodles with beef, egg rolls, and chicken Bahn Mi. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and oh yes very tasty. We are planning to come back and keep making our way through the menu.

Get your ass to V Bistro for pho-nomenal pho!!! Omg, Montgomery & Conroe needed this addition of quality and ambiance! Yes, there's a couple of other pho establishments in the area, but the FLAVOR, consistency, customer service & ambiance are lacking. You can tell from the flavor profile of the broth that time and care are invested into their cooking. Even more astonishing is that they only use FRESH ingredients in their boba smoothies...NO powders!! I'm hooked & definitely a returning customer! For Vietnamese food in Conroe, this is by far the best choice. It's as good as the better Vietnamese places in Houston. Vermicelli Bun with beef was very good. Tender and flavorful beef. All the vegetables were fresh and well portioned. The ladies running the place were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is new and very clean. Prices were reasonable. The shopping center has plenty of parking and easy access from 105. I'm really happy to have this in Conroe. read more

Ordered food to go. I got a grilled pork plate, and it was good, but not great cos I've had better. They could've use more veggies not just a couple of carrots and a cucumber. Just moved to the area and I've been looking for a good place to get pho, specifically pho bo hue (spicy beef pho)! I finally saw it on V Bistros menu and stopped in with my husband. LOVED EVERYTHING! The customer service, ambiance, and particularly the food was tip top! We ordered the eggrolls (which my husband inhaled because reminded him of LA eggrolls), crab Rangoon, Thai tea, spicy beef and regular beef pho. We both sat back after the meal and had to unbutton a little bit! Top quality all around and we will definitely be back! The restaurant felt new and clean, with a quiet atmosphere and excellent service. My kids loved their kid meals and fruit smoothies. My wife and I shared the appetizer sampler and weren't impressed. My wife got the pork vermicelli and didn't like or finish it. On the other hand, I had the vegetable pho with beef broth and switched the noodles for Broccoli with a side of grilled chicken, which was outstanding. It reminded me of the gourmet grilled pork chop pho I used to eat in Dallas. The broth was very flavorful -- I will be back. read more

We are a pho loving family! We had a couple of favorite spots that we would go to often in the state we moved from. Here, we tried both another local pho restaurant and V Bistro. Our vote is for V BISTRO! It's super clean, the broth is really good, it tasted very fresh, beautiful ceramic bowls (may seem like a silly detail) and everything we got was really good! This includes the jasmine tea. They served it in a cute little teapot along with some honey on the side (my ask). We for sure found our pho spot here in Conroe. read more

Today (10/8) is the Grand Opening of VBistro and I'm so happy to see another restaurant coming to the Hwy 105 area in Conroe. The decor is modern, light, organic and has lovely village murals on the walls. Julie is a bubbly owner with a welcoming smile and joyful personality. Today we ordered Tom Yum soup with shrimp and chicken, chicken lettuce wrap appetizer with minced chicken and Steak Cubes entree with lightly sautéed bell peppers and onions with rice. Hard to find a better Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The food is authentic and flavors are spot on. Service and staff are super friendly and attentive. We have not had a bad meal: Pho combos especially the Spicy Beef Pho, garlic noodles with chicken, combination vermicelli bowl, egg rolls, chicken wings, shrimp paste apps, crab rangoon, chicken lettuce wraps, banh mi with pork...okay we come here a lot...it's our new favorite Viet food, so close! read more

I usually go to fabulous pho, NO MORE! The pho is so tasty and delicious, and the bin mai was off the chart. You could taste the char on the pork in the sandwich and the bread was legit. We met chef Julie, she told me the beef broth takes 7 hours! "We make it with LOVE" she said. This is now my new GO TO Vietnamese. Make it yours. read more

Lovely first experience here! Restaurant was clean and bright. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls to start, and then I got got the chicken curry and my husband got the spicy pho (perfect level of heat). Both were fantastic and we have lots of leftovers that will definitely be finished. Enjoyed the matcha milk tea as well! Normally we go to another popular place downtown for our soup carry out nights. So glad this spot opened right around the corner from us! Adding this spot into our regular rotation for dine in and carry out. read more

I Enjoyed The Most Delightful Experience at V Bistro V Bistro Vietnamese Noodle & Grill was a fantastic find! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The bright and clean ambiance captured Julie's heritage through the beautiful murals on the walls, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. But the real star of the show was the food. Everything I tasted was excellent! It was clear the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and Julie put a lot of care into preparation. Overall, V Bistro provided a delightful dining experience. I recommend trying it if you want delicious food in a vibrant and welcoming setting! I encourage people to try Vietnamese cuisine if they haven't already.
