I signed up for the Verizon 5G Home Internet service within the valid promotional window. My claim for the \$200 gift card was unfairly denied with the excuse that my purchase was "not within the time limit." This is simply not true, Verizon's own records show that I did indeed accept their offer within the time frame of the promotion. It feels like Verizon is hoping customers will just roll over and not pursue fulfillment of their promotional offer. Promotions like these are meant to incentivize new customers, however what they are doing is nothing short of deceptive advertising. Spectrum had moved to e-billing only in 2023, so I asked to see a copy of the full bill and they told me I had to view it online only. However, my online account was terminated on the cut-off day, so I could not view my final bill and the "usage" charges. When I could not access the online account, they said to click on the Spectrum.net link in the Spectrum Mobile billing email and change my password, but Spectrum.net in my mobile service email only took me to Spectrum Cable/Internet. Again, SPECTRUM MOBILE IS THE WORST!!! DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING IT--unless you enjoy dishonesty, being ripped off, and being abused with a snarky attitude by their so-called "customer service"!!
