My wife and I went into this store a couple weeks ago and spoke with Tyler. He was extremely helpful in addressing a number of issues with our bill. It turned out we were paying way too much for our phone service. He was able to hook me up with a new phone and smart watch. About 2 weeks later we stopped in and spoke to Dexter. He was able to upgrade her phone and got her a new smart watch. By the time were done we ended up getting two new phones and two new watches and saved ourselves about $75.00 a month on our bill. The staff that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this place to a friend. read more

I am extremely frustrated with AT&T regarding a promotion to switch seven Verizon wireless lines to AT&T and pay off our existing Verizon balances. On June 13th, AT&T manager Heather Freeman came to my home and completed all paperwork, personally guaranteeing that AT&T would provide a gift card to pay off our Verizon bills. Months have passed, and nothing has happened. I continue to receive bills from Verizon. I have submitted all required documentation online and via email to maketheswitch@att-rewards.com for each line, yet AT&T claims they never received it. Every time I call customer service, I have to explain the situation from scratch. Escalations to managers have produced no resolution, only instructions to "submit the forms again." This is unacceptable. AT&T promised a promotion and has failed to follow through, forcing me to pay both AT&T and Verizon. I am requesting immediate action from a senior-level team to resolve this issue and provide the gift card as promised. I expect a concrete resolution without further delay. read more

Stopped in to pay bill. 3 people waiting and one couple being helped. I asked another customer if he'd been there long and he said yes. The person helping couple was busy talking football while people were waiting their turn. I left. The man I talked to left. I came back an hour later and same man did as well. We both weren't happy because the printer wasn't working. I pay in person each month and every other time that "printer isn't working". I've worked retail in the past, if you are busy with a customer, you at least acknowledge someone if they come in. Nothing! I told him I'd give a bad review about the printer never working. He proceeded to tell me that wouldn't do much since it was equipment or something like that. I told him I wasn't going to give a pleasant review about him either. I told him about being there earlier and he never looked up. He said he was helping a customer buy a phone. I told him that man that just left was here when I came the 1st time and we both left and we ended up going back at the same time and I knew he was talking about football instead of helping customers. I told him to not even try when he tried to explain, because I was there before and knew better. It wasn't going to work. So, my suggestion is to have at least 2 computers and people operating them to ease congestion. I don't have all day to wait on someone to spend forever selling a phone and setting it up. I just want to pay my bill and leave. I pay in cash and want a printed receipt. How hard is that? I'd mail it, but I always get a $10 late fee, and I mail it the day after I receive it. So, in person it is, and I HATE doing that to, due to poor customer service and equipment failures. And I'm almost sure there was someone in the back, but they never came out to help. The sales rep that took my payment was Keaton J. Customer service is what makes/breaks a company. I'd be more than happy to drop my internet with AT&T if there were someone else that's been around awhile and had good reviews. Poor customer service, the worst of the big three. if you can. Avoid doing business with at&t id recommend avoiding it. Questions get dodged here the sales teams always act like they know more than the customer even though everything is online for the customer to see. Not to mention when you call there 611 number it is absolutely horrendous and there's just no help because they send you to India for customer service. I'd give this place a 0 if I could. read more

This AT&T store looked at my mobile phone carefully, I thought. They then sold my a 10' charging chord. I relied on the sales person's knowledge and choice. Once I opened the box the chord would not fit my mobile phone. I attempted to return the product and exchange it for the correct size the next day. I did not retain the receipt, but did have the transaction detailed on my Discover Card app. This location refused to accept my transaction record and would not allow me to exchange the chord they erroneously sold me. This is extremely poor service. I am a long time AT&T customer and bundle my service with the company. I gve them one star, but it is a highly inflated rating. If there was a negative scale I would rate them the worst. read more

I had such a wonderful experience here. I came in ready for a new device on my very own plan independent from my parents. Rebecca and Tay told me everything I'd have to do in order to transfer billing responsibility, etc. They made the rest of the process quick and easy while still being thorough. During my visit when other customers would come in with an issue I saw how knowledgeable and friendly the service reps were to everyone. They treated everyone like a friend, they make conversation and keep good energy. 10/10!! read more

I got a brand new iPhone and the SIM card that came with it (bought through at&t) wasn't activating. The rep said he'd have to charge me for a new one when the one I have is brand new from at&t. The rep wasn't helpful. I love at&t but this location was very unhelpful. I called a different store and they said they'd definitely take care of it for me. read more

I went to this store based on the advice of a phone customer service rep. I had a problem with a transfer of responsibility. The old account had been transfer to the new account, but in process, I was more than double billed for a prorated transfer between plans.. I was VERY unhappy to say the least. My old bill was $280/mo for several cell phones and devices. I was convinced by the phone customer service rep I should change from my old 30Gb rollover account to an unlimited account service. She said my bill would go from $280 down to $220 and I would have unlimited internet. So, I decided to roll my entire family's accounts together into one bill so we could share the base costs. Somehow my old account was billed $280 (old amount) and then billed the new $220 (supposedly prorated, but it looked like just full price for each service plan), plus some other weird charges that should not have been there. Then my NEW account was billed same. $280, $220, my u-verse internet, my vo-ip home phone, my direct tv and some other weird charges. SO, in the course of 30 days, in an effort to take my bill down from $280/mo to $220/mo, I was billed just shy of a $1000.00. Of course to get the additional discounts it had the be auto pay. The auto pay was polite and efficient in taking my money. It told me the day it was going to take it, then robbed me blind at midnight. At this point I fuming mad. The phone customer service people (in India) kept telling me they could not access my old account to even see WHAT the $487 dollars in charges were for. Then 15 days later, I get a bill fro $587 and just like clockwork the auto pay robs me blind before the phone customer service people could even explain what was happening or stop it from billing me. Luckily, I keep all the electronic copies of all my bills and I quickly figured out they had just double billed me for the same time periods on two accounts that had no awareness of the other account. I go to E. Battlefield store (again I am not in a very good mood). I meet the manager Scottie, completely by accident, it just happen to be his turn to serve a customer and unfortunately for him, it was me. Being upset, I was very short with Scottie. He was VERY patient. It took a few minutes before he could understand the extend of the damage, but he also realized SOMETHING is wrong... I mean I was suppose to be SAVING $60 more a month and somehow I had been charge almost $1000 in 30 days. He went through all of the bills line by line fixing the unexplained charges that he could fix. My new account, probably due to the fact it was under 60 days old, was severely limited to what things could be changed and accessed. This is made things even more painful for Scottie, but he powered through. Eventually, Scottie was able to fix all of the things I believed was in Scottie's power to fix. At this point, I realized that I had been very short with him and apologized. Being the professional that he is, he brushed the treatment off as nothing. I still feel remorseful, but he assured me it was forgiven. He then explained to me what I needed to tell the phone customer service rep and exactly how to get to the person I would need to fix the issue. The issue has finally been resolved. After an hour on the phone they realized that I had been doubled billed. That came as shock to me, not that I had not been telling them that for the entire hour, but that they finally realized it and refunded the incorrect charges. Automation can sometime bite you in the rear, but (no pun intended) there are people out there that do have the capacity to help.....you must be willing to listen. read more

We had a pretty big phone issue with my son-in-Law returning from active duty to California. The kiosk did not take his phone off military suspension, they sold him a new line. So, we went to our local corporate store and got to talk to Scottie. He was able to get everything all set up so it would be as easy as walk in, get a SIM and activate. But, next day, the kiosk had no clue. So Scottie called them and walked them through the correct process and my son-in-law's phone was finally fixed. Thanks Scottie for all your hard work and going above and beyond to help us. read more

Was there Friday. Bought an iPhone 6 plus. Mr Charles M. thinks he's a car salesman. Very rude! I guess I made him mad when I didn't want to buy a case from him. I told him I would get one online cheaper. Then when I refused the insurance he was really annoyed. He was mumbling under his breath (loud enough for me to hear of course). He was really snarky! I won't go there again. I will not be treated that way! Next time I'll drive on down the road to the next AT&T store or just order it online. read more

So iam a AT&T phone user (iphone) I get notification of new security up date . Update requires WiFi I don't have that so I go to store they tell me not important. an that I have to leave phone, also the info me their WiFi is very slow. these are the same people who want to sell me wifi. beware of this store !! it is not really an ATT store. they are only selling ATT products. real ATT store is like the one on national. i traded in my phone to get a new one and was suppose to get $300 credit for my trade in. nope the salesman jason did not say anything about you had to have an unlimited plan to get it. he added addl charges on my bill such as 2 different kinds of insurance which i did not ask for. i have been back in there 8 times to get the straightened out with nothing but smart alec kids working in there. jason of course no long works there. i have spent hours on the phone with ATT with no help because this is not an ATT store. this is owned by a company at sunshine and glenstone. i dont have the time to type out all that went on by i got cheated out of my phone. i would rather have just thrown it in the trash as to be cheated. i would not step foot in this store again even if it was the last store in town and my phone was not working !!! what a joke this place is. oh and if someone tells you they are the manager, dont believe them. just whoever is there will say i am the manager. look at their name tag. they will not say manager. just beware of this store ! read more

Went in when I finally got off work and nearly passed this store on my way to the Campbell store. Thankfully I swung in and managed to get Will to help me right when I entered the store. I told him my phone had lost service since updating and he was able to fix it in about 30 minutes, including adding me to my dad's plan. Sure he did his job as a salesman but I'm not going to fault him for that. read more
