On June 13th, AT&T manager Heather Freeman came to my home and completed all paperwork, personally guaranteeing that AT&T would provide a gift card to pay off our Verizon bills. Months have passed, and nothing has happened. I continue to receive bills from Verizon. I have submitted all required documentation online and via email to maketheswitch@att-rewards.com for each line, yet AT&T claims they never received it. Every time I call customer service, I have to explain the situation from scratch. Escalations to managers have produced no resolution, only instructions to "submit the forms again." This is unacceptable. AT&T promised a promotion and has failed to follow through, forcing me to pay both AT&T and Verizon. I am requesting immediate action from a senior-level team to resolve this issue and provide the gift card as promised. I expect a concrete resolution without further delay.

It turned out we were paying way too much for our phone service. He was able to hook me up with a new phone and smart watch. About 2 weeks later we stopped in and spoke to Dexter. He was able to upgrade her phone and got her a new smart watch. By the time were done we ended up getting two new phones and two new watches and saved ourselves about $75.00 a month on our bill. The staff that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

This is a franchise location and not a corporate store, so they didn't have quite the inventory they could have. I killed my iPhone 7 on a recent motorcycle ride so I needed a new one. The girl helping me (sorry I can't recall your name) was patient with me as she helped me get the right phone. The SE is the cheapest one they offer but she listened to my needs and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't want. She helped me transfer all my apps and settings over, and I left happy. It did take a while to do this, so don't expect to get in and out of here in a hot second to avoid any frustration.

The store was very clean and partitions were set up as well where they could. We had talked to Michael on the phone and he was ready for us when we came in. He spent an incredible amount of time with us answering all of our questions. Other staff members would help also when not assisting other customers. I was very pleased with my experience at this location, the promotional deals they were offering, and the cell signal itself is working well for us at our rural residence. Side note: Sprint just lost a 25 year customer with five lines....they were arrogant and scoffed at us when we gave them an opportunity to match the "deal" or counter offer. Zero loyalty from them and after all those years and tens of thousands of dollars they collected from me. Sprint/T-mobile lost a lifetime customer. Their loss is USCellulars gain!

Yet this morning I received a collection call from a very snotty representative, who launched into a tirade before ensuring she had the right person - I have no business knowing the affairs of another with the same name. When I said not to call again, she firmly demanded "then you'll keep receiving these calls. I think not. I filed a formal with the home office, and am contacting every agency federal and otherwise having any jurisdiction over their operations. Never tick off a spook.

The entryway is wide with electronic doors which is wonderful for customers in wheelchairs. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable and upbeat. My mom was shopping for the latest and greatest in iPhones needing plenty of storage space for her gazillion photos and videos and her rep answered all of her questions. He took time to explain and show her how to use her new phone features. There was no pressure for additional accessories she would not use. We had a top notch customer experience here. (See associated review for the store at W Battlefield and Lone Pine). I have short notice business trip in 2 weeks and need a phone that's up to date. Called the store around noon and confirmed they had they phone I wanted and, while they can't technically hold a phone, Dalton would set it aside since I said I would be there 15 minutes after I got off work at 6pm. Got to the store at 6:15pm and was met at the door with a smile by J.P. Let him know why I was there and it was smooth sailing from there. Dalton turns out to be a manager at the store, and he came over as J.P. was assisting me. The service was stellar. They double teamed the process, got the data from old phone transferred with zero issues and had me out the door from start to finish in an hour. The only Springfield store I will use from now on.
