My one star is actually too much. I called the Auto Center Department, at this Walmart to get info…read moreabout an oil change and pricing (which I didn't get the correct information) and the Walmart employee was so rude it was ridiculous. I went in later that day to get the oil change and he was even ruder than before. Honestly I've never ran into an employee at Walmart that behaved like he did, I normally never run into any rude Walmart employees honestly. I'm not sure if he should even be in customer service, but who am I? What I do know is that someone should definitely speak with him about his disgusting mouth and attitude. He was white, with a long white beard and pudgy.

My friend had his parked car totaled by a hit and run driver. He didn't have collision or…read morecomprehensive insurance because it was only a $3,000 car and the car is unrepairable as we had to cut the rear subframe to clear the rear tire that miraculously was undamaged so he could move it off the street. It's drivable, but only for an emergency. Therefore he plans on taking it to a junk yard. He also had new premium tires all the way around. The front tires on my car were bad, and would not pass an inspection, so they needed to be replaced. We agreed on a price and I would pay for transferring the tires. I took the rear tires off his car and took them to Walmart on East Kearney, Springfield, MO to have them swapped out. When the bill came, it was $20 short. They refused to put the old tires on my friend's rims because they were too worn out. So now I have no tires on my friend's rims. So the only way to get the car to the junk yards to find the best price for it is to have it towed! Walmart didn't have the decency to talk to me first about the problem, and I had to go to the department manager and then the store manager to get this resolved, but all the inconsiderate store manager can suggest is I either hunt down someone who will finish the job or hire a tow truck at a higher price than I was going to pay for the tires. Finally, after causing enough of a scene and refusing to pay for their incompetence, they offered to put the bad tires back on my rims and the new ones back on my friend's rims. I find them grossly inconsiderate and incompetent in failing to tell me before doing half of the job requested.
