I came by on a Friday afternoon and they were pretty quick and got my Espar heater serviced and fixed my exhaust leak on my APU. They were professional, nice and the rates were quite a bit more reasonable than the dealers. read more

I was told i was purchasing a new tk evolution. What i got was a 2 year old prototype and a "jerryrigged" back yard mechanic install. This is the second thermo king i have purchased from Bob and his band of misfits and both installs were nothing short of a blue light unexpierenced and unknowledgeable mess. Within in days of install both units ended up in a thermo king factory store being repared. Save yourself the aggrevasion and waste of time and buy direct from a factory thermo king dealer. read more

Don't waste your hard earned money buying anything here. I had a apu installed and for the next 5 weeks it has given me nothing but trouble. One thing right after another and some issues are repeats from after this place supposedly fixed the issue. I had them not set the parameters correctly, not tighten the oil filter so alot of oil was lost, the air hose fell apart, the alternator wire was broken and corroded green, other wires were broken, lost refrigerant they claim because a hose was rubbing on a sharp bracket well 2 weeks later I lost all refrigerant again and they refuse to stand by their lack of work because it's outside the 30 days. Don't believe them when they tell you they will fix it outside of the 30 days if you tell them about it before the 30 days is up. The only thing I can say positively is that the owner reimbursed my last repair bill for the broken alternator wire. I'm gonna bet they will cancel the check before I get it in the mail. Go to thermoking directly and buy your unit there. They do sell used units as well as new and I bet they stand behind their work. read more
