Quick rest stop for us. Restrooms were pretty good. Love the "vacant" signs telling you if they're free. All stalls should have this feature. Main area seems a bit dated. Prices are a bit high. Lots of souvenirs available though... just a bit steep. Tons of options for drinks. read more

Gas and restroom stop. Truckers lounge. Big and spacious . Hardee's attached and very busy ! Staff friendly, restrooms were just ok. Plenty of shopping options for Xmas. Gas prices were great at $2.19. Hubby was beyond happy. read more

Bathroom and cold drink stop, the restroom was in "yellow" condition and needing attention with torn paper towels on the floor and water all across the sink counter. Pump area was tidy with no trash and the long stick squeegee was great for cleaning the entire windshield of my Sprinter van. Coolers and snacks well stocked with lots of choices. Solid stop with a bus full of kids. The people are friendly. Everything is clean. The hardees is fast and yummy.

This place truly is a hidden gem, the breakfast buffet is amazing at the iron skillet and when you first walk in you'll see a lot of truckers but it's pretty nice that they cater to those that have to face the open road. I've had items off the menu, as well as the Buffay and everything is delicious and taste fresh salad bar looks amazing and they always have multiple choices of soup. They truly have some thing for everyone the gift shop is nice and they also have a sensual items that one would need while traveling, and the bathrooms are huge and well marked so you can find them easily. My husband and I were driving to KY and we stopped at the Love's to fill up the tank. It was around 9p and it was cold outside. We figured out it was the car battery and we went in to see if they POSSIBLY had some car batteries. Unfortunately they didn't and after figuring out a game plan we went to the trucking side to ask some questions. I believe his name is LJ. I just remember his last name started with an Ho. I know that isn't much to go off of but my goodness! I have never had customer service like that. He was so kind and patient with my questions. It was to the point where he was willing to step outside and help my husband figure out what to do with the vehicle while I picked up some food for my husband and myself from the Hardee's next door. The plan was we were going to leave our vehicle in the gas station parking lot and walk over to the motel just on the other side of the freeway. This young man was willing to swap out his car battery into our car battery so we could get to the motel safely and he said he would pick up his car battery later. Side note: the motel was right around the corner from an O'rilley's auto shop. He was so willing to help us in anyway possible that he had decided that was the absolute plan. Some how the car was able to start on its own and we didn't have to do the battery swap but we thanked him for his assistance. We were so grateful we went back the next morning after getting the battery changed so we could talk to a supervisor and let them know just how amazing Lj is! This young man went above and beyond his job description and was so genuinely kind. Thank you!!!! read more

Super disappointed in the management staff. My husband is a truck driver and lost his wallet there. It was turned in but by the time it was found he was already over 60 miles away and has a scheduled unload time and cannot turn around. I called and spoke with a very rude "shift lead" who was less than willing to help. I asked kindly if there was a way they would mail it to us seeing as how we live 4.5 hours away, which was quickly turned down. I even pleaded to ask if there was anyone who worked there who out of the kindness of their heart could please mail it to us and she reassured me again it wasn't happening. She not only wasn't willing to help, but her rude and unfriendly demeanor can't be good for ANY kind of "customer service." read more

Stopped in to get a tire patched up . outside drive tire NOT HAPPY! Instead of blocking inside tire and pulling tire off outside rim they pull whole wheel off! So instead of 1/2 hour tire repair was there for almost two hours! Will not use again that location unless in no hurry! read more
