Pretty decent. We stopped here on a road trips. First the bathrooms - they were pretty clean. Not the best, but definitely upper tier. They also had a bunch of snacks and a few chain restaurants inside. We had a snack from Cinnabon. They were fairly fresh, fast, and friendly. The checkout process was efficient. Staff was not overly friendly, but that to be expected. They were however attentive and polite. Is a good place to stop if you are in the area. read more

For those making the long drive through Missouri on I-44, sometimes you need to make a quick stop for various reasons. So when we made our stop at the flying j travel center, we were pleasantly surprised and the variety of items that can be purchased as well as the cleanliness. Of course you're not expecting 5-star food, it's a gas station, but there's plenty of positives for a stop when making long drives. read more

Pretty new still...think it's been open about 6 months. Place is clean, staff is friendly. Bathrooms were clean and showers were big and clean. They have their PJ Fresh, Wendy's and small Cinnabon & Auntie Annie's station inside. I think they have about 100 truck parking spots. read more

so so so clean; bathrooms nice and smell good, floors are nice and clean. no issues at all! and very friendly staff! even at 6 am LOL!

Poor supervisory skills by cashier this night, deliberately berated loudly an employee & that "she was his boss" & she would speak to him as she wished. Of course, the employee was also belligerent back, as he strolled in from the outside. No idea what the altercation was over. Coffee area, tables sticky & sloppy. Much debris on counters. Even hot water spouts dirty. Floors had some debris, needed sweeping at the least. The soda machine was not working properly & ice not available. The cashiers themselves are not real approachable. They give you the feeling, that they are ready to pounce. It's kinda strange. read more

I was very happy with our stop here. We stopped here to fill up gas and were happy we could empty the black and gray water too. I read the reviews which made my husband and I nervous since so many were negative in Google. We emptied the RV for $10 and were able to fill up our water too! We are pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. read more

I love this place. There are excellent shopping for travel options at this location. I've even used the showers here. They are quick, clean, and courteous. It's probably the best travel stop I've ever been to. There's a Cinnabon and a Wendy's inside that serves breakfast. The drink options are plentiful. You can buy little phone accessories and travel hygiene items inside. The cigarettes are priced decent enough. There's a little self checkout area too. I'd definitely recommend this quick, one stop shop if you are traveling in west Springfield. read more

Staff is very friendly and always on point with all services whether is to gas, diesel, or food purchases, food and coffee is always fresh. Being a trucker just wish their was more parking spaces by it being close to freeway and with Springfield being a very busy city with shipments coming in and out and parking places are limited within the city that would help, overall it's a very good place read more

The people here were very helpful and kind to our large group as we were only passing through. Took a pit stop here, on our way to New York City and driving from California. The store manager Miss kelly is super nice. Gave me a free shower beside not having enough points on my card. But the black lady working on cinnabon counter named JAY had such a terrible attitude. She was awfully rude. Management should definitely take some action against her if she has any personal problems she should not take it out on Pilot Flying J customers. Worst Flying J/Pilot we've ever been to. New and pretty but the staff is not helpful at all. The gas pumps weren't working and not one worker would take any action to help. There are other nice stations on the road, they don't deserve your patronage. read more
