When I made the trip to Springfield, I was greeted by the nicest young man, Chris. I let him know I had been working with Michael, who was assisting another customer at the time, and Chris stepped right in without missing a beat. He took plenty of time to walk me through the camper and never made me feel rushed. I scheduled a follow-up appointment the next week for a full walkthrough, and that experience was just as impressive. Vincent helped us, and he was outstanding--he thoroughly explained how everything worked and answered every single question we had with patience and professionalism. Roy and the team in parts and accessories were also wonderful. They helped us find everything we needed (and wanted!) to get fully set up.
