I would not recommend Lem's Truck & Auto to anyone! We took our truck to them after it had died on…read moreus on I44, after weeks of them having our truck we received no answers on what was going on with the truck but was told they could replace a part but that wasnt going to guarantee that it would work. Very soon after being told that they called us and told us the truck had been broke into and we needed to come pick it up. They told us it was our responsibility to fix the windows, ignition etc that was busted up but after asking them for video footage they decided to change their mind and said they would fix the window. We scheduled a tow truck to pick up the truck after the window people finished, when the truck arrived to our house we were surprised to find every piece they had taken off of the motor inside the truck just thrown in there. Several mechanics have told us they should have never done that and atleast put it back together. Putting the truck back together there were several missing parts that we had to pay for, and the "New" harness we paid for(through Lems) had several missing plugs. So in the end we paid a pretty penny to get NO answers, A truck that was broke into, and an engine with several missing parts and half the engine left in the cabin of the truck!! They didn't show me the scan results afterwards. Someone tell me, a former ASE certified transmission mechanic why a transmission completely locked up because of their claim of a bad EGR valve.
