We have to pay over 200$ in diagnostic fees when we were told it would be 90$. Nothing more nothing less. We then were told it would be about a week and it took almost a month to have the transmission fixed. Finally got the truck back and it's down shifting hard and I mean hard. And shakes when it's idles, witch didn't do before. Tried to take it back the very next day and they tried to push it off and said "There were a couple of misfires in there we can take a look at it tomorrow". I'm not a certified mechanic but when it's downshifting and it shifts hard at 30 20 and 10 mph that's not normal. Went to go get the vehicle and they said nothing was wrong and tried to brush us off like we don't know what we are talking about. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and I will never bring another vehicle to this shop ever again even if it was the last one around I'll walk. And I will be telling everyone I know and meet to never bring there vehicle here because you'll be treated like an idiot and taken advantage of.
