I always recommend Rick's to my friends. Up until his health declined, he was usually able to fix quite a few issues that occurred on his car or my car. Once he wasn't physically able to, he looked for a quality shop he could trust. He was a bit stubborn and picky with the service from the few other shops he went to before. I then took him to Complete for a repair when they were still on Kearney. From then on until he passed away, he would only let Complete work on his vehicle. To me, that says a lot coming from a former diesel mechanic that didn't trust many shops. Since then, Complete has always been honest, reliable, and reasonable when working with them. I've recommended them to a few coworkers that ended up taking their vehicles to them as well. I'll gladly continue to use their shop and recommended them to friends. Also, they have the cleanest customer waiting area I've ever seen at an automotive shop.
