I was picking up a new Vulcan from a private seller and jut didn't need it anymore. I worked with Bob Ernins in sales. I told him what I wanted for it, which was about KBB when selling to a dealer. He had the service department go over the bike and after finding no issues and noting it was in good condition they ended up giving me exactly what I wanted for it without turning it into a haggling session. Renegade Harley had offered me about 1.5K less than I wanted and did it a super shady way. Bob Ernins had the paperwork done and I was back out the door in record time with cash in hand. Super props to Bob for taking the time to work with me and doing a great job despite my not buying a new bike from them. Tomorrow I am taking the new Vulcan out to them for a service.

Made an inquiry on a well-known dash-cam model install that I had just purchased online. Not only did the guy manning the phone know what part was needed, but they had it in stock. We made an appointment for that day. Upon arrival, I'm greeted by Joseph, my tech. He made an upsell attempt but I declined, and I noted the price (labor included) for the five-star camera rig we wanted to set me up with, which was pretty good. (I was installing a front-only model a rung or two lower) After the manager took me to a spot to eat while Joseph worked on my car, I returned to a setup that looked even better than I thought. My setup was well-threaded and practically invisible, and was an easy setup with my hardware devices. After completing setup, and giving feedback I paid the bill, which was decently manageable compared to market (certainly not the lowest or even midpoint, but for the quality of install I'd gladly put another camera in just to get another slick setup (which he showed me as we were wrapping up, both location and routing...dude is as sharp as he's laid back) It should be noted that even with a customer who did not purchase their in-house stock, the job ended up just as professional as it would have been had they selected all the parts. They also have quite a few examples of their workmanship they'd be happy to show you if you ask. Can't go wrong with high volume and high skill. I was shocked there were no other reviews. After cross referencing YouTube videos and reading loads of testimonials we settled on the bad boy mower. Our neighbor has had his for 15 year with no issues. Next for the dealer. HORRIBLE service at the Goodyear Battlefield Mall store. They did not bother to connect clips to…read moremy brakes and passed inspection on the vehicle anyway. I paid $600 to Goodyear for brakes and was asked to call about my claim. There was a minor collision when Goodyear brakes failed. I made a review on Yelp, was given a #800 number and claim number to call. The Claim employee asked if I had receipt from mechanic who discovered the clips were off the brakes, I said yes. The employee called the store and then told me the mechanics did not note the faulty brake install and too late now to follow through with a claim and hung up the phone. If you have ever heard of mechanics taking advantage of women, this is one of those cases. I was told to go back to the Goodyear store so they could fix it. Thats completely crazy after what they did, actions that endangered my life and others. PATHETIC!!!
