I had taken my car here plenty of times in the past with zero issues…read more However this time was very much different and i'm very disappointed in the way this was handled and i truly believe it was Jeff that was main cause for most of it. I took my chevy cruze here for coolant issues (known for the car cool, not an issue) however i waited 3 days for my car to be completed. Marcus had called me told me what they had done and i would be able to pick it up with no issues. however not the case... When i arrived to pick up my car the check engine light was on. No, it was not on prior when i brought it in. I also have several witnesses to this as well as had recently gotten one taken care of prior to going to telle. I returned inside to ask about it and marcus said "it was just throwing emissions". I am not a car person and had no idea what this meant as a single female. I asked why i was not informed of this and to show me the code that says "it's just emissions", again i didn't know what that meant and hoped to have it explained to me rather then just be sent on my way with a potentially still broke down car. I requested the codes be ran again and as you can see in the images it was infact something to do with the cooling system. So not only did Marcus attempt to lie to me, after paying almost $800, he had no intentions of letting me know that so i could've paid whatever to have it fixed. Very disappointing. Marcus said the technician didn't pass that along to him. I asked to speak to the technician, Christian, about what the code means and he said this was not allowed. Understandable however, customers are not allowed to talk to technicians but your technicians fail to give your front desk guys the full details ??? i then asked to speak to Jeff, store manager, who was beyond rude and absolutely less than helpful. He completely dismissed me and the fact I had been a loyal customer at this location for years. Come to find out after picking up the car, Christian had failed to plug in a portion of the cooling system to clear that. He'd probably be better off doing oil changes at walmart. I did not go in to pick up my car due to the lack of customer service on Jeff's part. I had my friend go get the car. Marcus was extremely nice and explained everything to my friend in a nice way however, Jeff was once again EXTREMELY rude to my friend while picking up the car. Marcus was mentioning the pieces that were warranted and my friend had mentioned Jeff being rude and hateful saying "yep she didn't pay for that" and "oh yeah she should've paid for that too huh" the unnecessary comments were completely uncalled for. I truly believe that marcus wanted to help as he mentioned his daughter had the same issues with her car. I felt as though my frustration was at the wrong person, the store manager is the one who sets the tone for service and this was ridiculous. I have never been disappointed in this place before and Jeff should really work on his customer service skills. In the event i chose to use this shop again due to warranted pieces... I hope Jeff learns to respect and learn honestly with his customers. I'm giving two stars because Marcus was respectful to me and my friend, Apologizes to Marcus as it was not his fault and rather Jeff and Christian.

Robert, the owner.. still uses the older style (mechanical) Bear alignment machine, and he sure knows how to use it. I had previously had THREE, so-called wheel "alignments" done at different shops over the course of about six+ years, from Montana to Missouri, and cost me three(3) sets of tires as a result of these "modern" Electronic alignment machines. Robert did the Fourth (4th) alignment nearly Seven(7) years ago, now, and other than "normal" wear on the tires, they are running absolutely "true" with NO scuffing, feathering nor any other Abnormal tire wear of Any kind, that can result improper Caster, Camber, Toe In/Out settings, etc. There was an issue back about five(5) or so, years ago with an employee who was rather "rude" and belligerent to a few of Roberts customers.. he was fired and has Not been employed there for at least the past four years, now... could be longer, time fly's by anymore it seems, as one ages and we can now see the "sand" leaving the top half of the "hour glass". lol Robert, himself is a great guy, does Very good work, is very fast and is More than Fair with his prices compared to Any other tire shop.. Anywhere. Myself.. I am NOT in ANY Way, Shape or Form... related to Robert, nor receiving Any form of reimbursement for writing this. I am strictly just a customer who really appreciates an Honest man who has an honest business, works his "tail" off.. and who will Never "cheat" anyone. Roberts shop is Not the fanciest place in town... but his Integrity, more than makes up for the aesthetics of the building. If you ever need a fresh Wheel Alignment, or suspension work that will be done Right the first time, then Robert and "Sho-Me Tire & Wheel" is where you need to go.

They rotated the tires once as I requested front to back. The noise persisted but not as bad, so we came back a second time and Andrew (and his crew) cross rotated them this time which solved the problem. They even gave us a referral to Christian Brothers automotive for an alignment check. Being 800 miles from home and receiving this kind of service from location M003 (Sunshine street location) was extremely helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else for tire service when near Springfield. HORRIBLE service at the Goodyear Battlefield Mall store. They did not bother to connect clips to…read moremy brakes and passed inspection on the vehicle anyway. I paid $600 to Goodyear for brakes and was asked to call about my claim. There was a minor collision when Goodyear brakes failed. I made a review on Yelp, was given a #800 number and claim number to call. The Claim employee asked if I had receipt from mechanic who discovered the clips were off the brakes, I said yes. The employee called the store and then told me the mechanics did not note the faulty brake install and too late now to follow through with a claim and hung up the phone. If you have ever heard of mechanics taking advantage of women, this is one of those cases. I was told to go back to the Goodyear store so they could fix it. Thats completely crazy after what they did, actions that endangered my life and others. PATHETIC!!!
