When we finally went to take the car the license plate were gone both front/back and when I asked Garry where it went? He said "he don't know, I'm not taking responsibility for this". I told him well this is your shop- and it is your job to know where it went? I said, I'm going to call the police and file a stolen report, and he said well if you did that you'll have to pay me? I was like what- 5 minutes ago you said I don't have to pay it because you feel guilty that it took you for four months. Now you're asking again? Sure, money is never a problem for me I'll pay. I handed him my card, he said well I can't accept card it has to be cash. So my brother went to the ATM, and got cash $600 and gave him, but he don't even give us back the change. Pretty sad job. They broke multiple parts on the car and I had to take it to another shop. I wouldn't let them even put air in my tire, somehow I'm sure they would mess it up.
