I called a different shop…read moreabout my splash shield coming loose and that shop quoted $79 just for "diagnostics" before parts and labor. For an UNDERCARRIAGE SPLASH SHIELD. My son mentioned Hazelrigg's so I called, got an appointment scheduled and the work was done quickly and at a fair and completely normal price without trying to rob me. And my son took in his truck that had been parked, unmoved for more than 3 years and they did excellent work to get it running again at a fair price and very timely. And the desk staff is courteous, friendly and professional. The lobby is nice but bring your snacks with you as there isn't a coffee station, water bottles or vending. When I'm in Springfield if I need automotive work this is where I'm going.

Please Read this!! My husband was in from out of town, his truck broke down we had it fixed with…read morethem they instructed me it would be best to pay cash instead of card payment several times because of the 3% credit card fee. So we did as they said, three months later our truck broke down from the same problem, they did not want to honor the warranty for parts or the work. It cost us $2500 to fix the same problem again on top of the $1800 cash we had already paid them, we had to fight with them relentlessly just to listen to us, they ignored our repeated text and calls and did not want to help us whatsoever, I do not recommend this place, please go somewhere else and save yourself a headache and money. Go somewhere that they will honor their warranty!!! Warranties are a big deal and honesty is a big deal as well and if you choose not to keep your word or your warranty you don't need to be in business. The manager and owner dodged our calls, texts and when we went by the shop they somehow were "never available". I've previously experienced warranty issues on a different vehicle at another shop, I've never had a shop turned me down to repair or reimburse me for failed work or parts but this shop do not trust them... they will give you every excuse in the book and ignore you, be warned go somewhere else. Completely disappointed!!

Wouldn't recommend ever using this garage until they learn how to speak to potential customers inquiring about legitimate work.
