Said "$12" I looked at him and he then said "oh! $53.." I said - they DID do the oil change, correct? He said YES. then I got in my car after paying and did Not see an oil change sticker. So went back inside and asked again. He said yes and filled out a sticker. I kept thinking he was lying to me. So asked a friend how I make sure they did the oil change. She said check the oil. If dirty/dark colored they did Not. It was dirty! I called them and at first acted denial then called me back and said it was a mis-communication w his tech guys. I said I just want a refund. He said no! They don't do refunds! Said he'd comp the next 2 oil changes (like I'm ever going back there!) it was obvious they took advantage of a female by herself! So I had to wait til Monday to call and speak to a manager. Manager said he'd have to call "higher-ups" to approve a refund!? Wtf. So Monday night he calls & says "ok management approved a refund and you have to come back in the store to get cash". Ridiculous and very unprofessional. And wasted so much of my time!!
