DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I had them do a transmission flush and about a month later I was driving in heavy traffic on freeway, and my transmission started slipping. I took the next exit and my car SUDDENLY STOPPED AND WOULD NOT MOVE. We were blocking rush hour traffic and a guy drove up beside me & said we were leaking tons of transmission fluid onto the road! Luckily my brother who has mechanical knowledge was with me and immediately shut off the engine and then looked under the hood. He discovered BOTH TRANSMISSION COOLING LINES WERE DISCONNECTED! He was able to tighten them there but since so much fluid had already leaked out, it was not driveable I had to call police to come and divert traffic so we wouldn't get hit and had to pay for a tow. After we got it home, we also discovered several bolts on the pan were not tightened down, so fluid had been leaking from there as well! I contacted Kellys and they said since it had been almost a month since the flush, it was not their responsibility. (The car is rarely used and had only been driven about 20 miles since.) Oh, okay, so both cooling lines and the pan bolts just miraculously loosened themselves? That's a bunch of bullcrap! THE WORST IS I never had any transmission problems before that and now it is slipping and shifting hard. So I'm sure I will now have to pay someone else a grand or two to fix what Kellys f'd up. Total incompetence and piss-poor customer service is why I will never go back there. You have been warned... Deserves ZERO STARS! read more
