I bought two Samsung Frame TVs. They are basically Framed Pictures and convert to a television. We love them. The installation required proper placement and since the Frame sits flush with the wall like a picture, it required fairly intricate planning to hide the equipment tv equipment and wires. (I seriously doubt they ever checked and are only interested in trying to convince someone that everyone is lying about there poor service and prices.) We had a remote stsrt put in my vehicle when i left there i started having issues it would flash all my liggts and die. I got it home to Marshfield for it to not start back up i had to have it towed back there they removed the remote start but claimed it was not their fault and refused to pay my tow bill. Wow!!!! Where to begin. These guys are idiots! Do not let them touch you vehicle. They are a bunch of clowns. There very rude and they have attitude problems. First of all no prices on anything so they sent me a guy Mathew to follow me in the store that new absolutely nothing. Every time I wanted a price on something he had to walk to the computer for 2 minutes then pull a price. Ridiculous!!! Just wanted my Alpine Double Din installed. Customer service is a JOKE! They installed my Alpine but disconnected all my other normal important functions that pertaining to my a/c adjustments, gps,etc. They were telling me that's how it is and all SUV's lose these functions. WOW, can't believe we're all yelling in the parking lot over their stupidity. They had me bring it in the next day and took 10 minutes for them to fix the situation. Really!!!! So got my car back and now all my dash cluster lights are out. So now I'm back for the third day so they can fix the dash lights. So they fixed the lights and atill there rude as he'll to me like it all my fault. Give me a break idiots! Your the ones in my vehicle altering wires, etc. I can't believe the adacity of these people. This should be very basic and I'm having to tell you what to do, Really! The problem is there was never an apology! And an apology for the escalation that should have never taken place to begin with. It was all your fault all along because you had to bring my vehicle 3 times to fix all your issue's and you know it. Do not let these idiot clowns touch your vehicle! This was a basic Alpine Head Unit installation. I'm glad that I had them just install the Alpine Double Din and not all the amps, door speakers and subs. I was hearing a lot of negative response's so I waited to see how they installed head unit and glad I did. All the reviews are accurate as well as everyone telling me never take my vehicle there. Between the attitude of the sales reps and the all the negative reviews that people are discussing is overwhelming accurate. I had CarFi install the rest of my amps, remote start and subs with no issues at all. Very Professional and didn't bring my vehicle back. So Creative Car Audio lost all the buisness sales for Amps, Remote Start, Subwoofers and installation because of their lack of knowledge and attitude issues that needs to be checked at the door. They need to replace all these people becouse they don't want to be there anyway. I bought a remote start from Creative Audio and after it was installed a light starting flashing on my dashboard that the keyless remote was missing. I took the car back in and they looked at it and thought it was fixed. The light continued to flash as I was driving. I called multiple times and was told the manager would call me back. I'm still waiting on that call.... definitely very disappointed with their service. read more

Fucking Rip Off. So... I was quoted $250 to have my audio system removed from my Dodge Caliber and reinstalled into my Dodge Avenger by Car-Fi. Since I was having the guy from Corwin Dodge meet me at the audio place, I thought hmm let's try Creative Audio it's closer and I've heard alot about them. So I show up the guy says he'll match the $250 price and he can get me in at 9am the very next morning. This morning I show up with exactly $250 and verified again for the 4th or 5th time before forking the money over that " System removed from Caliber, installed into Avenger, stock radio installed in Caliber" and that I was told $250 was the price let's get this show on the road. I was less than thrilled when the guy said to me $250 is for uninstallling the system and hundreds started getting added onto the costs after the fact. I was like are you serious?! Fuck you Creative Car Audio FUCK YOU. I just had the absolute worst experience here. Seriously if you want to rob me be a man about it and hold me up at knife point in the parking lot like any self respecting crook would. Edwin is the manager and he is no help at all. In fact he is one of the major problems there. I purchased a remote start elsewhere and called them to get a quote for installing it and programming it. I gave them the model number and told them what I wanted. They gave me a price that was a little higher than everywhere else but they were recommended to me by a friend and someone who's opinion I value.....I am going to punch him in the face for sending me there. When they called back to confirm the appointment the price went up by 60 bucks. Ok that is a little irritating but whatever, then when I got there the price went up an additional 100 dollars. When I asked why they told me because they didn't know the details yet. When I explained I had this conversation with the first sales person he stated it was my fault for not knowing what the install would entail. I'M SORRY I THOUGHT YOU ASSHOLES WERE THE PROFESSIONALS. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told that would not be possible as he doesn't get involved with customer issues. I went to Car-Fi and bought a new system from them had it installed and everything and it still cost me less than what Creative Car Audio was trying to do. I would give up my left foot just to be able to go into your shop tell you all you are fired for poor customer service, burn your building to the ground and salt the earth so nothing would ever grow there again. read more

DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE! I bought a car starter, alarm system and got my windows tinted here. The guy I set up the appt with lied about the price of the window tinting. I went to pick up my vehicle and they had forgot to tint my windows so I had to wait on that. They handed me my keys. They never showed me how to use the alarm or car starter. I recently found out there are different things I can do with the car starter. They never gave me the info on anything. I had to call and I was sent instructions to the car starter in the mail. This is the most unprofessional business EVER! I should have stayed with Car Fi!!! I spent over $700 and they couldn't take the time to show me how to use what I purchased. It was a Fri. so I take it they wanted to get off work and didn't want to show me how to do anything. I am so disgusted with this place! Take your money elsewhere! This is a bad place! All they care about is getting your money!!!! It sounds like you are saying I didn't purchase my car starter and get my window tinting from your business. Trust me, it cost quite a bit and I have no reason to lie. My Mother was with me she can verify all of this. I should be in the system you use. All you need to do is look. Why would I want to deal with this now? I needed to know about this when I bought it! I made several phone calls and finally decided to forget it. It took you 8 months to notice this review! WOW! Had my windows on my Lexus tinted 3 years ago by them and was totally un-impressed with the staff. They seemed to be more interested in the customers wanting sound systems installed. Upon completion there was a very small nick in the tint material that I didn't notice until I got home. I went back and was admonished by a very young snot nosed kid that I needed to be more careful rolling up the windows. I said how?, they're power windows. No adjustment was offered, nor an explanation. Well, 3 years later I thought I'll give them another chance. I went in today to see if things had changed. Not!. Another young snot nosed kid waited on me and I asked for an estimate on tinting my new car. He was a mumbling fast talker, that seemed a little reluctant to be forthcoming on the total cost I would be charged. I left once again very disappointed that things had not changed since my last visit and had my windows tinted by a company on Kansas Expressway. They were prompt, courteous and beat the cost of the same tint material by $95.00. I absolutely do not recommend Creative Car Audio for window tinting. read more

When I spend over $1000 in your store I expect you guys to hook it up right and not screw anything up. I could screw it up on my own. I would not recommend you guys to anyone I know.
