    This guy is rude and comes across as a shady car salesman. He would not even try to quote me a price. Use someone else.

Because Spectrum MOBILE's technical functioning and customer…read moreservice are BOTH so bad, we cancelled and moved to another carrier, and did so on the billing cut-off day shown on our bill. However, Spectrum went ahead an billed us for another entire month anyway, and refused to reverse or even pro-rate the charge. They said they charged for the full month because " there was usage" on the cut-off day. Spectrum had moved to e-billing only in 2023, so I asked to see a copy of the full bill and they told me I had to view it online only. However, my online account was terminated on the cut-off day, so I could not view my final bill and the "usage" charges. When I could not access the online account, they said to click on the Spectrum.net link in the Spectrum Mobile billing email and change my password, but Spectrum.net in my mobile service email only took me to Spectrum Cable/Internet. Again, SPECTRUM MOBILE IS THE WORST!!! DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING IT--unless you enjoy dishonesty, being ripped off, and being abused with a snarky attitude by their so-called "customer service"!!

    I wish I could give them less than one star. They do NOT deserve even one star. They have these…read moresucker offerings to get you to sign up and then raise the price and raise the price and raise the price. They offer poor service and when the service goes out ... you have nothing ... no telephone, no TV or Internet. I do NOT recommend them.

    My mom is a very long time customer of AT&T and was ready for a phone upgrade. AT&T is open 7 days…read morea week with late hours which is super convenient. The entryway is wide with electronic doors which is wonderful for customers in wheelchairs. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable and upbeat. My mom was shopping for the latest and greatest in iPhones needing plenty of storage space for her gazillion photos and videos and her rep answered all of her questions. He took time to explain and show her how to use her new phone features. There was no pressure for additional accessories she would not use. We had a top notch customer experience here.     Started my attempt to upgrade my 10-year-old phone at the AT&T store closest to home, which was the…read morelast time I will enter that store. (See associated review for the store at W Battlefield and Lone Pine). I have short notice business trip in 2 weeks and need a phone that's up to date. Called the store around noon and confirmed they had they phone I wanted and, while they can't technically hold a phone, Dalton would set it aside since I said I would be there 15 minutes after I got off work at 6pm. Got to the store at 6:15pm and was met at the door with a smile by J.P. Let him know why I was there and it was smooth sailing from there. Dalton turns out to be a manager at the store, and he came over as J.P. was assisting me. The service was stellar. They double teamed the process, got the data from old phone transferred with zero issues and had me out the door from start to finish in an hour. The only Springfield store I will use from now on.
