Amazing group of people! They are upfront and honest with you. No B.S. I went in for what I thought was a simple repair and they did a diagnostic and found out that the computer was toast. They reccomended that I purchase a new computer instead of putting money into fixing this computer. They don't sell computers there and they didn't charge me for the diagnostic so I know it isnt a trick to get me to spend money. The were with me from start to finish as they told me the best place to get a new computer and helped me set it up and get all my family pictures off the old toasted computer to the new one. I was feeling very discouraged after talking to numerous places about my computer and getting no results but when I called these guys they had me bring it in and were very knowledgeable, thorough , helped me save my Data and directed me into a direction on where I can go to get the best deal on a new computer. Built my 2nd PC. it wouldn't POST. Took it in to them and dropped it off. About an hour later, maybe less, I got a call on my cell. They asked if I had a PSU (fully modular) to CPU cable at home ( I totally forgot to hook it up!). I said yup and picked it up a bit later that day. They only charged me for what they did, a diagnostic! Several of the guys said how cool the case and ARGB were. This is a great company if need your stuff repaired. I recently tripped over my laptop power cord and my laptop fell off my desk and hit the floor. I couldn't get it to turn on after that. I called ACIS and talked Dave I think. He was upfront with me and told me that it could be costly but would do a diagnostic to see if it was was worth fixing. I got there and he looked at it right away and got it to turn on. He didn't charge me for looking at it and told me if problems show up again to come back. I appreciate these guys so much! My computer crashed & I paid another vendor to restore it. I was not happy with the results-but at least I had a working computer. It crashed again within days. I took it in to ACIS and they worked magic! It was restored to near perfect pre-crash condition. In my opinion they went above and beyond. I just wish I had gone to them first. I had a major problem with my laptop. Half the time it wouldn't boot and the other half there would be garbled or no video. I called and they were able to get my computer in right away. I talked to David and don and they both did their absolute best to help me. they even allowed me to do a facetime chat when remote help wasn't available.
