Over the years, I have bought new and used computers from Computer Innovations. I have been pleased…read morewith every purchase. Their prices are better than reasonable and the in-house computers they build are, in my opinion, superior to the mass-market machines sold at the big-box retailers. When I had a software conflict on my year-old machine built at Computer Innovations occurring after installing a dozen or more software programs I installed from the Web, and it was beyond my ability to straighten out, I took my computer in and had it back the next day. The price was very reasonable. Computer Innovations has real technicians that know their stuff. They are glad to answer questions and when assisting with choosing a computer they do not try to upsell just to grab a bigger sale. My current in-house-built computer was recommended to suit my needs and was around $200 less than the one I was considering. Asking about my wants, needs and how I use a computer, I was directed to the less costly device that has been more than adequate for my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Computer Innovations and this firm will be my place-to-go for my computer needs.

I get there and he try's to charge me $160. I said you said $80? he goes I've never charged that for windows I don't know why I said that. I'm like idk either, but you sure did. Then he tells me that my cable management was terrible and they can redo it, but it'll probably take them at least 2 hours. I said go ahead I spent a lot of money on this pc I would like to take care of it. I show up to pick up my pc and he try's to charge me $250. I said holy crap, why? he said it took them almost 3 hours. I said, your guy told me it took him a little over an hour. I negotiated and paid $200 for windows and cable management, but they tried to lie twice about their pricing and what really happened. I get home and realize some of my components aren't working. Figured it out, he didn't even plug in the right cables to the motherboard. I was furious and wanted to call them for a refund, but just thought I'd leave a bad review. Don't go there, they are lazy people and don't give a crap how long it takes to get your product back to you. lazy and a bunch of liars. they also just open and close the store whenever they want so you never know if they are actually open. Honestly the whole thing was a joke. Go to PC Pros in Springfield, they are legit! They also actually know what they're talking about.

After he looked at what i had to move he gave me a rough estimate. He then told me they charge $100.00 to book the time & day to start the moving process. I then gave the $100.00 deposit in cash. I then asked him for a receipt & he said it would be on the invoice he will send me by email. I said ok & left it at that. He sent me a invoice for the amount that was discussed but there was no information at all showing the $100.00 deposit anywhere on the invoice. I never hear back by him or anyone from Done Right movers. Ive tried calling numerous times & no call back. Tried to text him & no call back. I also emailed a message nothing. At this point i feel by the looks of this that he stole a $100.00 cash i gave to him. As of this day ive received nothing back from him regarding the $100.00 Hes been deceitful & has not even tried to return my deposit or any call back whatsoever & feel that i was talking to a fraud. And he was representing his company. Dont do business with Travis @ Done Right Moving Co. Unless youmake sure what he tells you is proven he stands by his word s9mething he has not proven to myself in this situation
