I did a Yelp search and inquiry and Dan replied within a few hours. I dropped off my phone to get worked on and when I went back to pick it up he noticed that the screen had been damaged during the battery replacement. Before I could say a word he told me how he was going to replace the screen at no cost. When I told him I was only in town for a short time he made sure to get a replacement screen delivered the next day. Unfortunately the replacement screen was faulty but Dan went above and beyond to complete the job and fully repair my phone that very same day! They ended up having it ready before their expected timeframe I was given when I dropped it off, and I really appreciated that.
