I'll just say it I'm not a fan of technology overall. I tend to be one of those people that hates updating anything. I hate updating my IOS, I hate deleting pictures off my iPhone, I hate really anything having to do with any sort of technological maintenance. I am also the type of person that does not have the newest iPhone and is not interested in getting the newest iPhone. SO, when I was tasked with getting a new battery for not new iPhone, I was dreading the whole experience. My lovely Battery is four years old and unfortunately its max life was only at 80%. My husband strongly urged me to get a new battery installed. Sigh. I did my homework and yelp informed me that Springfield iPhone repair was the place to go. I patiently waited until 10 AM this morning to call dan and make sure that he had my vintage battery in stock which he did. Luckily I found street parking and was able to get into Dan so he could replace my battery in a jiffy. I opted to wait for my phone which provided me with a chance to overhear Dan helping various people on the phone with patience and unparalleled expertise. Dan's coworker, a pug named Winston, sleeps near to all the efficient iPhone magic. Thank you, Dan for making this anti-technology girl happy. I appreciate it ! read more

Dan is the best. It's tough when your phone breaks and you feel like you're in such a vulnerable situation. Let me tell you this guy has the best customer service I've ever experienced in phone repair. He was very transparent and gave me all the details about what he was going to do to bring my phone back up to par. it was an incredibly reasonable price. What a great guy. I went to Verizon's and they didn't fix my phone. Then I came here. He looked at my phone for about 5 minutes. Said it's a hardware problem and where to take it to get it replaced with a new phone. I went where he told me. They kept me waiting and kept trying to diagnose the problem. About 1 1/2 hours later they said it was a hardware issue and they would replace my phone. PS, Dan didn't charge me anything. Very helpful, knowledge and I will go to him again. read more

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6S. Springfield iPhone repair is the best place in town to get a new battery. Their prices are about one half what the other places charge. It only took about 20 minutes to get my phone back. The owner, Dan, is a nice guy and is very helpful. Great experience all around. My iPhone 5 had a faulty lock button and now it's good as new. I called the shop to get a quote (customer service was friendly and helpful), dropped my phone off half an hour later, and they had it ready to go in less than 2 hours. The price was significantly better than another repair shop I'd recently visited, and this place seemed like they actually wanted my business. Definitely recommend their services and will go back if the need arises. read more

Springfield iPhone Repair is the best. I tried to replace the screen on my phone myself, it went awry and I was subsequently unable to use my phone or access all of the data on it (learned a couple of hard lessons there, haha). The Apple store was completely unable to do anything for me. Springfield iPhone Repair was not only able to get access to all of my data, they worked with me to figure out what data I wanted to transfer to my new phone and then backed up my old phone to the cloud before wiping it. They were super friendly, helpful, and didn't judge me for my failed at-home repair attempt :) If only I'd had them replace the screen to begin with! This is definitely the place to go for iPhone stuff. read more

I just dropped off cellphone for repair and I asked what the price would be ($150). I presented Yelp coupon for $25 off and was told it would be the same price anyway. They give the 'discount' through Yelp, Facebook, or anyone who 'promises' to make a referral. I might bump the stars by one if I have a solid experience when picking up the repaired phone. **Update** I picked up the phone and had a very positive experience. The work appears to be well done, a better case and a screen protector were recommended. (Stars have been bumped from 3 to 4.) read more

These guys are legit. They were fast, but still did a great job. It's also nice that they are downtown - so I could go grab a burger while I waited (even though it only took 30 min). Friendly service and the best price in town (iPhone 6 screen repair) - everything you would hope from a local repair shop. Hopefully I'll never need them again. But if I do, I'll be back. read more

I came for repairs like last time and right off the gal that took my information was half asleep and uninterested. I guess she took my concerns down so I figured I'd continue and see how it goes, a mistake that was. The following week the tech, who "worked" on my laptops, contacted me by phone and he proceed to lecture me about my laptops being too old and he strongly recommended I not connect to the internet with them. He kept on about it through out the call, even though it was not was i was wanting or asking help on, I needed physical repairs on two of them. He spoke like he was an expert but said he couldn't fix them. It seemed like he was pushing me to purchase new laptops they sell as mine were too far gone. He charged me $50 a piece and all i got was a fixed pin in the charging port of one. I was a bit upset about this conversation but figured i could read his notes on my invoice for better understanding as I was at work when he called. I asked him to put what he did on the invoice and I would come and get the laptops soon. When I arrived I paid the $150 for the "repairs" and took the receipt. On my way home i reviewed the invoice and got even more upset. The tech pretty much gave me another similar lecture about the computers being too old, "20 years old" which was a complete lie. He did not document what he did and didn't even put the right customer's account information on the invoice like my name and address. It was under someone else. I was so upset that they didn't do much of anything I called them when I got home. I called their store and briefly spoke with the tech as he picked up the phone, I demanded to speak with the owner and the tech supposedly forwarded my message to the owner (Chad) as Chad wasn't available at the moment. Over the next week I attempted to contact Chad but could only leave messages with the tech. Chad would take his time and call me back when I was not available. We played a little phone tag but I discontinued my efforts to get satisfaction when Chad continued to call me at times when I was at work and I requested for him to call me afterwards. He didn't and he made no additional efforts to address my concerns. This was a bad experience. Watch these guys if you have repairs that are needed as they'll take your money and its a real possibility they'll rip you off, as that is completely how i feel. I will not go back as I had my laptops repaired elsewhere in town. BEWARE!

So I asked him that I won't have to keep it plugged in to stay on? He said yes. I paid and left. It has been 16 days since my laptop got "fixed" and I still have to leave it plugged in to use it. I'm not sure what he "fixed" but I think I got ripped off!

So I took it back and apparently when doing the hard-drive repair they hadn't reconnected some of the wiring inside the laptop, therefore making it unable to charge. They fixed it but I'm still pissed that that even happened! If you're going to repair laptops at least put them back together properly.

Initially I was very impressed with All Klear, as they seemingly got us taken care when our HVAC…read morewent out ahead of a winter storm last year and the technicians seemed very professional. However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.
