Endless time & Jewelry seems to have lost their horologist, but pretend that they're able to do what he did as well as he did. Not possible. They've replaced my watch battery three times, each time the battery lasted no longer than 7 months. I complained and complained about the short-lived batteries and suspected that they were using battery seconds. Finally, I went to St. Louis to a watch shop that a local priest strongly recommended. It turns out that the Endless replaced my battery with the wrong sized battery (#377) because they didn't know how to install the correct battery (#364) properly. My watch wasn't damaged, but my wallet sure was. Endless Time & Jewelry overcharges for what it does, not only because what they do includes a healthy portion of incompetence, but also because they do it KNOWINGLY. The owners/staff seem to thrive on convincing trusting customers that we're receiving high-quality, professional care. I also found out that, in the process, Endless Time & Jewelry unseated my watch's crystal and damaged the seal, causing a leak. I'll have to pay to buy a new crystal gasket and have everything reset. The side battery tab was not properly aligned because the wrong battery was used by Endless Time & Jewelry, adding to battery drain of the WRONG battery. Having Endless Time do ANYTHING to ANYTHING you own and treasure is like giving your hormone-drenched son your car keys and a case of beer before you tell him to behave himself while you're away for a long holiday weekend.
