Very disappointed. I took in 2 rings- One to sell and one to have resized. They offered me $190 for the ring I wanted to sell and was going to charge me almost $600 to make the other one 2 sizes bigger. I went to another jeweler and they offered $800 for the ring I wanted to sell and would charge $179 to resize the other. I won't be going back to Cornerstone. read more

The customer service lady was rude to me and I heard her talking to the jeweler saying I was arguing with her when I wasn't. I just wanted to know why they couldn't add my ring wrap to my solitaire instead of me having to spend $450 for a new setting. I wasn't mad I just did not want to spend $450 on a new solitaire setting. Anyway I found a jeweler elsewhere that's only charging me $265 and I'm not even having to by a new solitaire setting! They want too much! I will not go back because of her rudeness and how expensive they are. read more

This was the worst experience I've had. We came in yesterday, October 7th. We came in around the middle of the day. My mom and fiancé have went in before and got money for jewelry, something as simple as sterling silver. The lady that helped them was very thorough and nice. Told us to come back in and would check every piece we had. My fiancé and I went in yesterday and she told us the money worth and added "if you sold these at a garage sale". Didn't look at them good. She slightly glanced at each piece. She acted like we had no business being in the store as if we were to low of class when we walked in. We received the dirtiest look. She had an attitude the entire time. She didn't even tell us we could get money for the things we had and I know we could have. She needs to look for another job. Her customer service sucks and now I don't know what to do with this nice jewelry. She had dark hair. Not small. She had a darker complexion. Light make up. I was very upset and irritated walking out. Not the visit I was expecting. My mom was shocked to hear our experience. Wish my mom could remember the name of the gal who helped her. read more

I feel like I was cheated out of my birthday discount because I did not have my coupon on me and the sales person did not give it to me. I don't know why she couldn't look it up in the system. I will continue to use Cornerstone Jewelry and refer friends and family as well. Went in and told the lady sitting there I was picking up my wife's ring I was having soldered. She looks at me with a smart face and says, "Well a name would be helpful." Not only were they rude but I was charged 2 times more than Justice Jewelers quoted. With a stone resetting fee that "very rarely" could occur and of course did. No diamonds even touched to even cause the fee! The reason I went was they were part of an event I sponsored, so I figured I would give them the business. I regret my decision. read more

We started off with an engagement ring, the to wedding ring, and grooms ring. They gave us silicone rings to wear when working on our farm or other work that one would not want to wear fine jewelry. We have taken my husband's watch to Cornerstone Fine Jewelry to fix the watch band latch a number of times over the past 5 years. Initially, there was no charge for the repair. The cost has since gone from $5 to $10 which is fair but on his recent visit the person fixing the problematic band said she didn't have the right materials and would not guarantee the repair. The latch didn't last 15 minutes before it sprung open again! We have taken the watch to another business that will solve the problem permanently. Since my husband was put on notice by Cornerstone that there was no guarantee, he did not return for a refund. If you can't fix something and you know it, don't do the work and charge for it! That is unethical!! read more
