When I first got married in 2008, I had big dreams (and apparently more money). I got my dream ring and thought I was done with "real" jewelery forever. My husband, however, was addicted to their customer service. I begged and begged him not to go back assured we couldn't afford it. He didn't listen. He bought a beautiful Pandora bracelet and charms, an anniversary band, and eventually a customized mothers ring. Since becoming a customer they resized rings that they weren't obligated to do, they made adjustments when needed, and went above and beyond to ensure I received quality jewelry that I wanted. You never feel any pressure or have to endure a "sales pitch". The quality of their diamonds and jewels are tremendous. I get so many complements on my rings on a daily basis. Yes, it is expensive. However, the excellent service and continued maintenance on their merchandise can not be beaten. They stand behind their products, and ensure they look pristine for a life time. That is worth a lot to me. Most importantly, I roll into the doors in my "Nice" mom yoga pants with a shirt from 2002 (obviously not a high roller client), and they treat me the same as they would someone waltzing in wearing chanel. This month, I got my wedding ring checked, and I found out several repairs were needed. I did not have warranty coverage for repairs (or the money to pay for them). In a panic I called Lacey. She worked so hard with the staff to ensure I could still have my dream ring and not just put it in a box somewhere waiting to get the money to fix it. Now I am also protected under a new warranty that will do any repairs free for a lifetime. Than you to Lacey and the Justice Jewelers staff who went above and beyond to ensure my dream ring can continue to be my dream for many years to come. Words cannot describe my experience at Justice. This place is absolutely incredible and it's the people there that make Justice the great name that it is. My engagement ring purchasing experience started out just like any other back in January of this year. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for the custom setting to arrive from the vendor, and that was anything but true. Every possible thing that could have gone wrong with the delivery process went wrong and it had to have been just as frustrating for Justice as it was for me. I planned my proposal around when I was told my guarantee date was and, unfortunately, the vendor did not come through. However, Justice Jewelers DID come through. At the end of the day they cared about me and they cared about my soon-to-be fiancée and they cared about making dreams come true. In the end when things came down to the wire, they threw logistics out the window and they just made it happen. I feel like I have gained a family at Justice Jewelers and after I proposed and she said yes I felt like I had to go back and share the proposal story with the folks at Justice. It is a given that I will be returning to Justice for all my future jewelry needs and I can't recommend them more. They truly make you feel like part of a family there. Before I begin, let me tell you something that I feel is important to this experience. I'm about to get married and we are very nontraditional - in the sense that we are a gay couple. Living in Springfield, of course we are very guarded and we don't discuss anything. When my partner and I entered Justice Jewelers, we expected a rough experience. Boy were we in for a surprise. The moment we walked in, this smiling, wonderful woman named Jonna approached us about what brought us to the store. You can't go in and not explain what ya want - so I told her. My partner and I are getting married. Her response was outstanding! She was positive, congratulated us and went right into asking us about what we were looking for. We explained our budget, our preferences and she immediately took us to the good stuff. Jonna never tried to upsell, was honest, caring, encouraging, and made sure we were never overwhelmed. When all was said and done, we were given a $250 discount, paperwork for how to go about payment and maintenance, and wished the best of luck!! I'm not sure where these other folks went or if they were just uptight the day they went to Justice (the other yelp reviews), but I look forward to a lasting relationship with these people who never judged, only supported, and gave us the best experience we could have asked for. I cannot thank the caring and attentive staff at Justice Jewelers enough, especially the managers, Kim and Judy. Not only did they treat us with the utmost respect five years ago when my now husband and I went shopping for an engagement ring, they have followed up with amazing customer service. A few months ago, the center mount for my ring fell out after some rough wearing. I now live in Seattle and I was worried that with little hope for repeat business, they might not be as concerned about serving us well. Boy was I wrong! Kim and Judy communicated with me regularly through the process of sending my ring in and made sure to honor the bridal guarantee (read: they replaced the stone at no cost to me). The first time I sent the ring in they used a mount slightly different from the original one and a slightly smaller stone, although beautiful, it just was not my ring as I remembered it. When I called to express my concern, Kim and Judy did not hesitate to tell me that they would change it until it was exactly as I remembered. I recently looked down at my wedding ring and was horrified to see the diamond gone! We looked everywhere for the stone. No luck! I had not been faithful in getting the prongs checked as recommended, so I did not think Justice Jewelers could help. My husband and I went in and were met by Meredith. She was so sweet and sympathetic when she heard what had happened. She immediately ushered us over to Keith to review our options. Keith was so helpful and sympathetic to our situation. He immediately said "Let me see what we can do. Just know that we will make this right." Devin wrote up our service order. He was quick and efficient. Amelia, Woody's daughter, told my husband not to worry and that the store had not changed after her father's passing. They have followed in his footsteps in providing quality jewelry and service. A little over a week later I received a call that my ring was ready! They had found a stone, which was actually slightly larger and better clarity. The icing on the cake was ..... NO CHARGE!!! I visited Justice Jewelers on 2/6/14 and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received! I went in to purchase an engagement ring and I had no clue what I was doing. The sales associate I worked with, Jonna, was a huge help and was very patient with me as she explained everything I needed to know about purchasing a diamond. As a first time jewelry purchaser, this was very beneficial. I told Jonna what my price range was and she made sure we stayed in that range. It made me feel good to know that she genuinely had my best of intentions in mind and she didn't try to get me to spend more than I was comfortable spending. I was also pleased that they offered a free bridal guarantee and gave me a $250 credit toward the purchase of wedding bands. This will come in handy later. I would highly recommend Justice Jewelers to anyone looking to purchase an engagement right, but especially if you're like me and not familiar with jewelry. Justice Jewelers is a great place to buy jewelry their friendly knowledgeable staff is a pleasure to do business with and they have an A+ service department. Justices Jewelers does not have to send the jewelry somewhere for service like all the mall chain type stores does. Plus because they are not a nationwide jewelers if you're not a resident of Missouri they can ship the item to you and you save the sales taxes it's like getting a built in discount on your purchase although you will have to pay the shipping charges. The bad as of today 5-2-15 their web site sux shows little of their actual inventory with no way to purchase from there web site. However having dealt with them in the past and the great service my wife has been getting on her Rolex watch over the years, I trust them and purchased my Ball watch over the phone. The Sales staff, Store and service, 10+ rating. Their web site 1 rating but I hope they will improve it because they are the best people to buy from in the mid-west. TY read more

I went in to ask for a "spacer" to be put on my ring so that it would not slide around on my finger, since I had recently lost weight. They offered to size my ring, but I opted not to because my weight fluctuates too much. Anyway, Carmen and Lacey were at the customer service window and were very pleasant and took care of me right away. After she put the spacer on, I asked what I owed and she said, "nothing". So they took time from there work to help me and then they didn't charge me. I appreciated that immensely. I had also gone to Justice Jewelers twice before to have a ring cut off after I had gained too much weight and another time to have my finger sized so I could guess at a ring size for my sister as a surprise. Every time, they were pleasant, helpful and did not charge me for any of these services. Dear Sir/Madam; Last year, while visiting Chicago, I lost an earring while walking to dinner. Needless to say, I was very upset as it was the first time I was wearing the earrings and they were quite expensive. My wife and I have been married for three years now and a big thanks goes out to Justice Jewelers. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band there. My wife also purchased my wedding band from Justice Jewelers. Everytime that we go in there and we do often we are greated very kindly and feel very welcomed. I have never had any issues and I recommend Justice Jewelers to all my friends and family. I go in often to get my ring cleaned and have a look around. When I go to get my ring cleaned Lacey is always very friendly and does a great job. I was in there recently and my ring being white gold started to yellow some and they treated it in a solution and I was able to pick it up the next day and it looks great. I have never had a reason to step foot inside of a jewelry store until now! When I walked in, I was instantly greeted with friendly smiles and an adorable dog named Pippin, who was dressed with a cute Justice Jewelers handkerchief. I visited the store to get an appraisal on my diamond earrings and to get sized/look at engagement ring styles. The staff made me feel very loved and cared for in the time I spent there. My appraisal came back and was thoroughly explained to me - and with vocabulary I could understand. (Who knew there were so many terms to know!) I found two beautiful ring styles from Gabriel & Co. (pic below) that the owner, Amelia, picked out for me according to my opinions of other styles I had tried on. She has a sharp eye and really gets to know her customers! I have bought many piece's of jewelry from Justice Jewelers. This is a very professional yet affordable store. I went in to the store last week. I have lost alot of weight and I needed ring guards on some of my rings. I was greeted by a very sweet young lady named Carmen Woodruff. She made me feel ike I was the only customer in the store. I really enjoyed talking with her while she worked and cleaned on all my rings. Carmen, had a spot on her head. I asked her about it. Carmen told me it was a skin cancer and I told her I would pray for her. She did not seem to let anything take her mind off of what she was doing for me. I was so impressed by her professionalism and her dedication to her employer. Carmen really makes Justice shine. I just wanted to give a shout out for Carmen. Justice Jewelers has and will always be the jeweler I turn to. I recently got engaged and then married. Of course my wife and I visited every jewelery store in and around the Springfield area. When we came to Justices it just felt different. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile and a non-pushy environment. I have been a Justice Jewelers Customer since 2009. I was fortunate enough to purchase my Wife's Wedding set with some personal advice from Woody before his passing. The store has always been willing to help and service our Jewelry just like the day I bought it. This past Saturday 10/3/15 we went in there to get my Wife's ring cleaned and checked, I also asked if there was anything we could do because it was a little tight after we soldered the engagement and wedding bands together. David Huston in the Jewelry Repair was more than helpful and speedy in altering my wife's ring to help her get it on and off. He was very personable, intelligent and capable. We also met a very sweet sales associate Misty. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and complimentary. We live over an hour away and Justice is always a pleasant experience. read more

Not only did one person help, all in all I had 6 different people make sure I was having a great experience. Lacey, carmen, and Aubrey were the three that helped me today. I'm from the Bahamas and I was visiting in with some friends right down the hill from Justice in the Bridgewater neighborhood. I was on a little adventure and I found myself slightly lost while on a desperate hunt for some Steak n' Shake. She displayed excellent customer service, in that although I didn't actually want to buy something from the store, she offered to help me find my way. She even went to the lengths of taking her break and dropping me off to where I needed to go. We recently went in with the purpose of seeing about trading in my ring to up grade. Jonna wasn't working that day so we were dealing with a different associate. My husband and I have been shopping at Justice for the past 13 years, ever since he bought my engagement ring there. I went yesterday to get a watch battery replaced yesterday, and Lacey was wonderful! I had my 9 year old son and his 8 year old friend with me, and she was wonderful in including them in the conversations. the battery was replaced very quickly (which is important with 2 young boys!), and everyone was very friendly to the boys. One girl, I'm afraid I didn't catch her name, even gave them both a ring pop, being very patient when one wanted the blue one on the very bottom of the bucket. When that location closed, we were bummed about the travel to Springfield for cleanings and services.... however, the staff arranged our servicing schedule to work with us (AMAZING, by itself ) It worked out that we moved to Springfield area, and we've received the same treatment we always have, ABOVE STELLAR!!!
