Do not shop at Zerr!!!!!! You woukd be better off making your own car! Their were a couple of times that I did get behind on my payments because my family fell on hard times. They usually had no problem working with us as we ALWAYS let them know our plans to catch up and we always did. After we had our twins, they spent many months in the hospital and we had so many medical bills and we couldn't afford anything anymore but somehow we always caught up. Well when we got behind once, he sent a repo guy to get our car without calling to let us know we needed to try to get caught up so of course we paid all of the fees and got caught up. Well, our son ended up in the hospital again with pnemonia and the bills started piling up again. Without any notice, we had repo guys and random cars sitting outside our house watching us. When I called to see if I could just pay all of my payments and fees up to date, I asked,"What do I need to pay today?" He said the full balance. I said,"What is the full balance?" He said,"$1600!" After he said that, any time I tried to tell him what was going on he just screamed,"1600, 1600, 1600!!! He wouldn't let me say a word. He told me he was done playing games and I have to pay the full balance or they will trace my car down. I should have known not to trust buy here, pay here. Should have known they would make $9000 off of me and then try to get the car back so they can resell it. CON ARTISTS!!! No wonder why Chris can't get a vote for his pitiful political campaign. Then again, liars and scammers fit right into politics, right!? read more
