Highly recommend this cell phone repair kiosk. I needed a new screen protector (as the one I…read morepurchased from Verizon had multiple cracks) and my fiance had a great experience at this place. The customer service was top notch. Even though there were at least five people needing help throughout the experience, the man behind the counter (Zach), juggled everyone's needs in a very efficient way. I loved how he would make eye contact with every customer and explain the time frame it would be before he could get to them. I always felt like I knew what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. It takes a lot of skill to put a screen protector on correctly and Zach took so much pride in his work. The location is great- right in front of Starbucks at the Battlefield mall. If you need a repair on any type of phone/device or a new screen protector applied perfectly, go here. One suggestion: get another employee for the busy hours. I did watch a few people walk away because they didn't have five minutes to wait while my screen protector was being applied.

The employee that assisted me said he'll fix the hinge and give me a call back later that day about the battery situation. A whole week went by and no phone call, so I called them back. He called be back and said the hinge is fixed but the battery will have to be ordered. A couple of days went by and I called. The employee first said its not the battery that's the problem, it's the motherboard.....SAY WHAT!!!! I told him I'll keep managing my laptop, when can I come to pick it up? He said I can come later today, we close at 6. So I went to pick it up and he told me that the battery was the problem and that he replaced it. So I asked him that I won't have to keep it plugged in to stay on? He said yes. I paid and left. As soon as I got home, I turned the computer on and it started to flicker, as if it's about to die but the battery is fully charged.
