    Had an appointment for TSA pre check this morning. 8am. When we arrived we saw store employees turning customer away at 7:59. No big deal right? Then we go in for our appointment and they tell us the pre check girl is running a little late. They put us in some chairs and then disappeared for half an hour. The employee finally showed up and did about 7-10 minutes of talking to co workers. Cracked open a soda and still ignored us. Took us over 35 minutes to be seen. Would not recommend this place at all.

I stopped in this store and was told $90 to replace screen. That was reasonable, so 20mins done. I wish I had kept the broken screen. This screen freezes 50+ times a day! I called the store and the rep said just restart it every morning. Does not help. I call the store again, they tell me they can not help me. They only guarantee it for 30days. When I called the first time, it was less than 30days. But was not told this. So they stringed me along and it's passed 30days, now they can't help!!

Phone came back fixed over $300 later. Within an hour of having the phone black/purple lines came across the screen. Took it back and they said we physically damaged the phone. The phone wasn't dropped. They said putting a case on it could have caused it...who would ever agree with that?! We were told the owner needed to look at it to see what would be done next. No call, we called Wednesday and were told they were waiting on the screen to arrive to repair and told us we would be paying half the normal cost to repair it....absolutely not. They just assumed we would fix it and shell out more money for an issue we didn't cause. The google reviews are good but the Yelp reviews are a different story. The same thing has been done to numerous other people. Long story short we still have a broken phone and now have to dispute the charge to get our money back.

    We bought my girlfriend a cell phone case here about 3 weeks ago. We bought it here because of…read moretheir selection and it looked like their cases were well made. We also had them install the custom cut screen protector for another 10 dollars just because I've never had any luck getting those things on straight. 3 weeks later when the screen protector started peeling off and the case had already had a major defect in it we decided to go back and see if they could help. Turns out they would not. The guy behind the counter pointed out that their return policy for defects is SEVEN DAYS! THAT'S RIGHT, THIS COMPANY ONLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT FOR 7 DAYS! And then they'll still do nothing unless you have a receipt. When I asked about the screen cover, the same guy told me that they (the screen saver) don't just peel off and that the screen was obviously hit and that's the only way they would peel from the corner like that.... Needless to say we will never buy another ANYTHING form this place as they have NO CLUE what customer service, satisfaction, or standing behind their product is. I usually give just about any business the benefit of the doubt when I have a less than wonderful experience. I was a customer service manager for years and I know it's hard work but... I'm just going to write this company off. Life's too short to get horrible service!

    I think I got ripped off. Hear me out first. I took my computer in to have two things checked out,…read morethe hinge and the battery because I'm having to leave my laptop plugged in for use. The employee that assisted me said he'll fix the hinge and give me a call back later that day about the battery situation. A whole week went by and no phone call, so I called them back. I explained my situation to the employee and he said he was completely oblivion about the situation/information of my laptop, so he said he'll look into it and call me back. He called be back and said the hinge is fixed but the battery will have to be ordered. A couple of days went by and I called. The employee first said its not the battery that's the problem, it's the motherboard.....SAY WHAT!!!! I told him I'll keep managing my laptop, when can I come to pick it up? He said I can come later today, we close at 6. So I went to pick it up and he told me that the battery was the problem and that he replaced it. So I asked him that I won't have to keep it plugged in to stay on? He said yes. I paid and left. As soon as I got home, I turned the computer on and it started to flicker, as if it's about to die but the battery is fully charged. It has been 16 days since my laptop got "fixed" and I still have to leave it plugged in to use it. I'm not sure what he "fixed" but I think I got ripped off!

    So I went here for a new hard-drive because the old one had fried. They fixed it and I paid and…read moreleft. Well I noticed when I got home my laptop no longer would charge! The laptop eventually ran out of battery and the charging light wouldn't even come on. So I took it back and apparently when doing the hard-drive repair they hadn't reconnected some of the wiring inside the laptop, therefore making it unable to charge. They fixed it but I'm still pissed that that even happened! If you're going to repair laptops at least put them back together properly.
