It was just 10 bags of trash that I needed removed because my trash pickup service wanted to charge me an arm and leg to pick the extra bags up and only when they wanted to do it. I called Simmons Family Junk Removal and talked to Juan. He not only said he could work me in right now, but his pricing was fantastic! Juan is one of the hardest workers I have ever met. Not only did he come and pick up the 10 bags of garbage but he took my heavy garbage can down to the curb for my regular service to pick up at a later time. Juan was on time, courteous, respectful and a pleasure to do business with - and a nice guy too. I was getting ready to move and was decluttering my house - tons of trash and unwanted things to be removed. The boxes completely filled up my garage and my car couldn't fit any more. Juan made me an offer I couldn't refuse to haul it all off. Then I asked if he could clean out my shed, - no problem. As the day went on I thought while I have this wonderful man here helping, would he carry out the things that would later be packed up to by the mover to the garage so that it would look nice to show the house. He took all the unwanted things from the garage, cleaned up the garage after him self, took unwanted item from my shed and cleaned it out, then moved my boxes to be packed out of my house and into the garage. And all for less than what 2 other services had quoted me to just haul the stuff out of the garage! (and those two other places I got a quote from - all had real attitudes - not so pleasant to deal with.) Juan will give you more than your money's worth in work, honesty, respect, and willingness to help. He was like the EverReady Bunny - he just worked and worked and worked until it was all done and had a smile on his face doing it. I highly recommend Simmons Family Junk Removal to anyone that needs these services. I trust him completely, and I know he will do the job right. I am an older lady alone in my home and I felt completely safe and comfortable having him in my house working. He is truly a good man and a man of his word.
