When I told the person behind the counter, she slide a tyvek envelope over the express envelope and then CHARGED ME FOR IT! She didn't mention the charge, she didn't ask me if she could do it, she just did it. It's not my fault you chose the wrong envelope or didn't have non-express envelopes available. They also "need" your id in order to ship... which is weird because in the 30 something years Ive been using shipping services, this is a first. There was a miscommunication where I needed everything the same day, but they'd scheduled the print for the next day. I came in later, around 10 minutes before they closed to pick my prints up. When the manager (?) realized what happened, he stayed late to print everything out for me the same night. He really saved my ass with this one! If it wasn't for him l, I would've had to wait another year to apply for my college degree.
