If I could give them no stars I would. I had to return a package that I ordered (from OKC), so went to this UPS store because it's close to my home and business. The cost was over $60, but it was a big package so fine. I went back a few days later for an unrelated item and saw my package (that should have been sent) sitting there. I asked the clerk (Cindy, I believe) what was going on with it. She said she hasn't had a chance to follow up on it so couldn't really say. She took my number and said she would call, this was on a Tuesday. I hadn't heard anything so went back on Friday, apparently she leaves at 2pm on Friday's and no one else knew what the status was. She called me on my cell about an hour later and said something about the UPS quality control said the box was damaged and pieces were missing so they sent it back ... ok?!! There were a few small tears, which I used packing tape to secure, before I even brought it in to be mailed. She said find out how many pieces there were suppose to be and come in Monday and we will see what we can do. I went in today, the box looked like it had been put through a shredder, picture attached. I asked her about it she said the box was too damaged and that quality control sent it back due to missing pieces. She also said that the material was not strong enough to even have be mailed in the first place (they took my money the first time and didn't point that out). Oh wait, she insisted the clerk told me that and I refused to repackage. I don't remember having that conversation at all. Either way, her insisting and basically calling me a liar lead to me ask her what the cost to rebox would be. Wait for it.... She did her measurements and said $82... WHAT?!? Oh and she would see what she could do to help me with the actual cost to ship (again). So, $60 + $82 + another potential $60 takes it to $202... the item cost $240. This place has no qualms about being rude, lazy and completely useless. I have NEVER had such horrible customer service. In the future I'll drive to the other side of town to avoid them. I would strongly suggest you do the same! read more
