If I could I would give this establishment 0 stars! I needed a document notarized for the DMV, a bill of sale to change titles. The document was notarized with many mistakes, David told us just to see what happens. When we got to the DMV the title got kicked back and we headed straight back to mailbox it! Maybe 15min had passed, returned to the store and David was happy to help us! But only if we paid the $10 again! $20 to have a document notarized is pretty steep!! Especially after a trained individual like, David tells us to go ahead and try! Why? Do he could get more money off of us? Either way this business is unprofessional and not customer friendly! read more

Absolutely love this place. The staff is always professional friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for years.

Liberal alert!!! 2 passive aggressive Kamala's work here.....grey haired Kamala and dumpy Kamala. More concerned about being insulted than help a 70 year old customer print a label. (I know, I'm computer illiterate, thus my going into this, place of business?) Got assistance from an understanding customer in the shop at the time.....(she explained while Kamala 1 and 2, scurried to the back room) THEY GOT PISSED CUZ, she was politely helping me understand what was required!!! They could have learned something!!! How does a business get all only 5 stars and 1 stars.....nothing in between.....? Could it be your customer service? Apparently management spends more time defending rude employees than getting needed training..... Don't believe the customer(right?).....add a camera for training purposes.... Time to look for new staff or train these two liberals bags on customer service.......IF they can be trained.....or maybe management likes the ignoramuses, the way they are......how is business? (Grey haired woman, got insulted, when i ask for someone with more experience.......she must know everything, except how to tell me to get a label printed!) Do they come from the label stork?! As they were looking for an insult.....I gave them one. See.....how that works......ya dumb broads? First and last time in...... read more

Please do not patronize this business. The young lady behind the counter was very rude, clueless, and did not care about whether my package, which was missed labeled, arrived in a timely manner. After speaking with the young lady behind the counter about the missed labeled package., She indicated to me that it was my fault because the label was entered into the FedEx system incorrectly. These unprofessional people cannot be trusted with important documents to be shipped to the proper location and arrive in a timely manner. I would think twice before you leave anything of importance with the little blonde behind the counter. She is clueless and does not care at all. Thank you for letting me share my opinion on this post and God bless our military! read more

I was super nervous about sending boxes to Europe for the first time. Everyone at the shop was very helpful. Adam double-checked everything for me. Quick and easy, they even had a computer and printer to help. Adam, Susie, and Dave are knowledgeable, professional, and very understanding. Thanks again, Adam. I went from stressed out to victorious. read more

On March 13, 2019, I dropped off a small box which was an Amazon return with a preprinted label attached to it. The young lady behind the counter with somewhat long brunette hair said, "That will be a dollar". I asked why and she replied, it's a convenience charge. I paid her fee and waited for a receipt which she was poised not give me. The next day there isn't a record of my package being scanned into the shipping network online. It was at closing time yesterday and I just didn't have the time to be correcting maybe someone's employee on how to conduct proper business. Disgustingly, I just turned around and left. read more

We have used this place many times to ship items, But we will never use them again!! I would rather drive the 20+ miles to Rolla then give them my business. Today I just needed to drop off an item to be shipped FedEx. I went in their store asking how I should secure the shipping label to the package since its was a bagged car seat. The girl behind the counter was unable to tell Me and the other male employee told me he could charge me to tape it to the bag. I informed him to didn't plan to spend any money to secure the label to the bag since it was a prepaid shipping label and the reason I was even having to ship the car seat was because the airlines had lost ours. He said they are in the business to sell packaging, which I completely understand but all I was looking for was an answer on the best way to secure the label to the package. It is a shame to me that this business is more concerned about making a buck from a loyal customer. read more

What a rip off. I received a return label in an email with a barcode to bring into FedEx location. They don't have the system to scan the barcode so the young lady behind the counter offered to print my shipping label. When I went to leave I was informed I owed the $2.15, $2.00 for computer access and $0.15 per sheet of paper. The fee was never mentioned when they offered to print my the label for me. When I mentioned that they acted as if it was my fault for not knowing. If I had been informed a $2.15 fee would be charged to print a sheet of paper I would have taken my business elsewhere. Next time I receive a FedEx label I will drive to the actual FedEx location 30 miles away or the local UPS location to pay to ship myself. read more

I had a box shipped through FedEx from this store by my wife, she was charged $29.50 when I got a price through the FedEx website of exactly $14.58. I will never use this store again and will encourage others to use UPS or print a label from the FedEx website. read more
