This is one of those businesses you wish you could give more than 5 stars! I am retired military and still like using name tapes for certain things. I just got four diving bags for myself and a few people going with me on a dive. Because the bags are all the same, I thought name tapes would be a great idea. Name tapes are perfect because they are durable to withstand water, dirt, mud, etc... and solid to make it easy to identify your stuff.
I went online to buy the name tapes figuring it would be easy and simple. I never realized how wrong I would be. I came across another site that seemed to have a good website and knew what they were doing. A little expensive, but I just needed a few. I placed my order and paid online... very simple. Shortly thereafter I received notification of my order and they would begin processing. That was back on February 15, 2019. To this date, March 12, 2019, I have not heard anything further from this other company (Bullrun Flag & Embroidery). I checked the BBB website only to find they had 39 complaints against them. Currently awaiting a refund which I'm not hopeful for.
I went back to the internet and came across 1-800NameTape. Again, their website looked like they know what they are doing but didn't want to run into the same problem again. This time, I decided to give them a call. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday, but someone picked up the phone right away. I explained what I wanted and she was VERY helpful. I told her I would like to get this as soon as possible and she said I could get them on Tuesday of the next week!!!
I gave her the names I wanted printed on black cloth with gold lettering. She processed my payment over the phone and right after, I received an email confirming the purchase. On Monday, I received emails letting me the order was being processed and then another to tell me it has been completed and was being shipped along with the tracking number. Today, Tuesday, I came home and opened my front door and there was a package with the name tapes inside! They came inside a plastic zip lock bag along with the receipt. Military style, professional made and solid material along with military style stitching! Just as perfect as when I was in the military!
From the moment I spoke to one of their representatives on the phone until the day I received my order, everything was perfect! I wish everyone I interacted with was as professional and provided such a great service. I know they do more work than just name tapes and if I'm ever in need of any stitching or embroidery work, I will no doubt contact them again. And I HIGHLY recommend using them. Their prices are competitive and the service in terms of order processing speed and quick delivery is unparalleled. I wish I had found them before the other company and I hope anyone looking for this type of service comes across this recommendation because I just wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
