When I send an e mail or call to check on the status of my order, they respond that day. Not only do they respond, but if I don't get back to them, they always have a follow up phone call to make sure I received their message. The quality of the work that I have had done has been outstanding. We have faced a couple of problems, but Marcinda has worked hard to find solutions. They printed my invitation on photo transfer paper in order to be ironed onto fabric. They have also printed our RSVP cards. Wedding planning can be stressful, but my experiences with Triad have not been stressful at all. I would highly recommend them for any of your printing needs!
