The supposedly new keyboard gave up the ghost shortly after the warranty ended. in retrospect I think they may have installed used parts. I took another mac in for repair later. The trchnician thought it was still under warranty. She saw a scratch on the case and said " This computer has been abused and that voids the warranty." " It will probably cost a bunch of money to fix." "You'd be better off buying one of our new ones." I did take the ladies advice except for one detail. I did not buy my new computer from them.

The instructor was a very fast talking person who had not one clue of how to communicate basic information. He talked quickly in a monotone and switched screens rapid fire. I had not one idea of what he was talking about. To compound matters the class was held on the busy sales floor of the store.
