Finding a shop to get that done on a Monday afternoon was tough! Thankful for this shop to having that capability. The shop is kind of hidden off the main road, but has street parking. This location also has a workstation to update any templates you need to do before printing. They also offer a test copy before your full project goes into production. So I go in, talk to the desk employee about what I want and give them one of the old cards to base it off. He says that it will take a few days to make a proof and he'll email me a quote then. The email comes in and the price is okay so I give them the go ahead and ask when it will be done. No reply. Okay, whatever they said they would call when it was done. Flash forward a week and a half later, I haven't heard anything and I decide to call because I kinda do need them soon. I call and an employee picks up. He asks the company name. I have to repeat myself 5 times before he goes "Okay, let me go check the system". He puts me on hold for about 2 minutes and then picks the phone to tell me that he's not seeing an order. I start to tell him I'm a bit confused because I received the quote via email and he cuts me off saying that his boss is in a meeting and he'll call me back. He almost hangs up on me but stops when I start giving him my contact info. He supposedly writes it down and then promises that his boss will call me soon. This was at 3:30 pm and they close at 5 so I figured I'd either get a call around 4 or not at all. I was right! I didn't get a call that day and had to explain to my boss that I didn't know when or if . My boss and I both went into this situation with a "what can go wrong" attitude, it's pretty obvious that we were too optimistic. I finally get a call back today and they say they're going to send a proof soon. They did send it about an hour later... and seemly from what I received, I can only assume that everything I said went in one ear and out the other. I asked for them to change the number on the business card to our newest number(even writing it directly on the card what I wanted changed) and was assured that was no problem. But, apparently it was because the "new" card had the old number. I explained this to my boss and he called Columbia Printing and Signs to let them know that we were no longer interested in their services. It's a shame it didn't work out.

The quality of the printed materials was outstanding and held together well. I am very glad they do same day printing before noon. The store has more value than just printing. This location offers amazon returns, laptops, paper products, and even luggage. The store is extremely accessible from a wide parking lot with lots of handicap parking and a smooth no step entry.

Wasting a lot of time for a quick job is not something I will be doing again. Going to office depot next time.

While accent press did have a quick turn around, about 50% of our brochures had been folded poorly…read more I was willing to look over that since their location was more convenient than the printer we usually us in Jeff City. However, I received a call earlier today (4 months after conducting business with them) about an outstanding invoice. The lady said she had mailed it to our office 2-3 times yet I never received anything. We paid our bill when picking up the brochures back in November and even when I emailed the invoice that marked us as paid back to Accent Press, there seemed to be confusion. I called to confirm they had gotten the email an hour after I sent it and I was treated rudely as if I had done something wrong. They claimed they hadn't received the email. To put it bluntly, they don't have their shit together.
