This staples is a class act! The printing service attendant worked so wonderfully with us on the best printing options for our event that was in a matter of days! The quality of the printed materials was outstanding and held together well. I am very glad they do same day printing before noon. The store has more value than just printing. This location offers amazon returns, laptops, paper products, and even luggage. The store is extremely accessible from a wide parking lot with lots of handicap parking and a smooth no step entry. read more

I am really disappointed by the new copy/print processes in place. I used to be able to pop in and get small projects done relatively quick but today, trying to get 20 color copies, I had to upload you their system instead of email, which took 30 minutes, then pay $10 to have it printed today, which it said 4pm (4.5 hours later) but the staff said they could do it right away and then the staff got the files and said it would still take 30 minutes to print. Wasting a lot of time for a quick job is not something I will be doing again. Going to office depot next time. read more

Needed paperwork put in to a spiral binder. They always say they prefer the documents to be pdfs, so I brought them in on a jump drive. The guy in the print shop there just started printing. He didn't discuss my needs, what options would give me what I desire for my presentation. So I spent about $30 for copies that I could have done from home, instead of what I want. Staples wins the office needs war for me. i find Staples has a great selection of needed items and they have them at great prices. I've never been disappointed with a sale or even the full amount. I enjoy going to Staples for their clearance deals. I've gotten a lot of cool stuff I didn't need for cheap. read more

I like that this Staples is near lots of other stores, close to the freeway and yet, because it sits WAY on the outskirts of the center's property, it avoids the crowds and hassle of the rest of the place. Other than that, typical Staples stuff. I think because it is a bit less traveled, the service isn't as snappy as I would like it, but I guess that is the price of doing business at a slower location. read more

The gentleman in charge of the printing area was extremely rude and unhelpful, I wasted 35 minutes in there, left and went to fedex/kinkos downtown and was immediately greeted by a very nice young lady who was able to help me and even print and cut my order in less time then I wasted at staples. I was the only person at the desk and there was one other person in the store. Three people behind the copy desk continued what they were doing despite me standing there, no "hello" or "we will be with you in a moment". After several minutes the young blonde girl comes to the counter staring at me blankly. I prompt her, "I have a UPS package with a label" (while holding medium package/label). She goes to another desk, sets a tape gun down and says, "we have tape". ( I assume I am to use it, so I walk over to that desk and tape up my box/label as she walks away). I tape up my package, waiting while all three of them ignore me. I finally say, "is there anything else you need from me?". She proceeds to tell me it will be 5 minutes for my receipt. I understand having copy jobs going on, but don't expect people to do that while customers sit there and wait. At least acknowledge the customer or use some language such as, "We are assisting another customer right now, we will be with you in a moment". read more
