This place is the best ever!!! When my phone broke, they fixed it within an hour. When I had an old iPad I needed fixed, they let me know the other place I took it to put in the wrong part and that's why it wasn't working right. Which is exactly what lacks sometimes with tech repair shops, you may not know you aren't getting a fair price or the right part, but I guarantee that won't happen at Cracked Up. Good people to work with and always get a good price plus they are the only place that fixes game consoles in Columbia. The on site repair is cool too, they basically show up in an ambulance and fix whatever it is needing to be fixed right then and there. I also want to look into their home security stuff. Aaron did a super job repairing the broken glass on my S7. He finished the job earlier than I expected at the cost we agreed upon - he even threw in some extra cleaning. It seems that Cracked Up Mobile is the only company in town that can replace the glass in-house. OK, it cost more than repairing an older iPhone, but the results could not be better. read more

Aaron at Cracked Up Mobile does a great job. I've used other cellphone repair shops in Columbia, and Cracked Up is MUCH better. My Droid DNA had a shattered screen and wasn't charging. He replaced my screen (with one I bought online, saving me a bunch of money) and fixed a broken jaw clip in the phone, all in about an hour. His labor rate was lower than any other repair shops in town, and he answered my emails right away, which was super helpful since my phone was broken. I broke my screen and took it here. They fixed it, but the screen they put on popped off three months later and broke my phone. Completely unusable. They wouldn't give it to me and since I didn't do it through Apple, I had to buy a new phone! Definitely would recommend going somewhere else with your business. read more

They looked at it and gave me their honest opinion of the phone and gave me my options. They just replaced a battery for me in a different iPhone for $40!!! That is the cheapest in town! I had a very positive experience with a phone GPS repair a couple of years ago, but this place seems to have gone far downhill recently. I brought in my phone because I was getting black spots on my pictures. The tech said that it needed a new camera - a $100 repair. I asked if he was confident that a new camera would fix the problem - he said yes. When I got my phone back, the black spots were gone, but my pictures were blurry (especially up close pictures). When I brought the phone back, the tech looked at it for awhile and then said it was a board issue. If the tech thought the board could potentially be a problem, he should have told me before I agreed to the repair, so that I could make an informed decision about whether to authorize the repair. The tech refused a refund and did not offer any other solutions (other than I could take my phone elsewhere to be looked at). He even tried to convince me that the camera was better than before, even though the camera was completely useless. When I reminded him of the warranty posted on the company website, he had to hang up the phone and read the warranty before calling me back. He refused to honor the warranty, saying there was no issue with the part he used. When I went back to pick up the phone the next morning, there was nobody working there during their normal business hours. When I went back a second time, I did get my phone back, but the tech did not say a word to me - not even a simple "I'm sorry we couldn't fix this for you." Bottom line: they are unprofessional, they do not stand by their work, and they are not customer oriented. read more

My friend completely shattered my iPhone screen, and I thought to replace it, it would cost a fortune. I found Cracked Up Mobile had great reviews so I went in, and within 10 minutes, my phone was completely fixed! Cost about 90 bucks, compared to other crazy prices. The guy even did it in front of me. I can't believe how fast it took him. He also installed a glass screen protector for me, and told me I have a 3 month warranty on my phone. I had the cracked screen on my HTC Droid DNA replaced by this company and I was very disappointed when the screen malfunctioned a month later. I took the phone back to the company and they refused to fix it; stating that there was nothing wrong with the screen and it must be a software problem. The best that they could do was recommend that I send the phone back to HTC for repairs. Dealing with this company was a waste of my time and money! read more
